Join the Corinthians Badminton Club for a fun and social evening of badminton! This event is perfect for anyone at **Intermediate level** looking to improve their skills, meet new people, and have a great time on the court. We will have friendly matches and plenty of opportunities to socialize with fellow badminton enthusiasts. GSM Badminton Club is a weekly daytime badminton club based in Hackney. The club is aimed at players of all abilities but is not suitable for beginners. If you want to improve your badminton skills or just enjoy playing the game with like minded players in a friendly sporting environment, then this is the club for you to come and meet new badminton buddies as well as having fun and keeping fit. The club meet every Wednesday from 11 am to 1 pm, and we are on COURT 1,which is block booked for the year. Cost per session is £8 Good quality feather shuttles will be provided. Join us for a tour of Brothers Drake Meadery in Grandview, hosted by the owner Oron Benary. He will explain the mead-making process and offer us generous samples of their fine meads. Mead is basically wine that is made from honey instead of grapes. There are many different flavors that range from dry, semi-dry, semi-sweet, to sweet. They are best known for their Apple Pie Mead. Oron has offered us a special price of 5.00 each person for the tour and tasting, which is normally 25.00 per person. I've taken the tour several times, and it's always enlightening and fun.
