The final band at Brookside Gardens summer twilight concert series is The Sidleys. The husband and wife songwriting team of Annie and Steve Sidley create their finest music yet as indie rock and soul group, The Sidleys. Influenced by artists as diverse as Stevie Wonder and The Beatles, and powered by Annie's soulful voice, The Sidleys write songs that are memorable and modern, yet instantly classic. Sisters of the Willow moon circle is a safe circle for women to share, hold space, and explore our spirituality together. We engage in rituals, meditation, card pulls, and other activities geared toward creating community with our fellow seekers. We honor the divine feminine and craft new ways to forge our paths. Sisterhood and solidarity are powerful, and we can experience these together in Circle.
About the host
Sarah Karney (Mary Rose Mara) is a solitary, eclectic witch in practice for four years. She works with tarot, shadow work, and astrology to connect with the Divine Feminine. She is an intersectional feminist who loves sharing her experience as a witch, especially with those new to the craft. She leads workshops on magical practices, writes a blog (witch baby witch), and studies many forms of holistic healing. She believes in activism in the community and loves helping others find joy and spirituality.

Free flat-fix classes!! On the last Tuesday of each month, we host fix-a-flat classes! Bring your bike with you if you'd like to learn by using your own bike. We will cover basic flat fixes with an inner tube. We may be able to answer a few questions about tubeless, but the focus will be flat fixes for inner tubes.

The natural blend of art and science poured into the brewing scene inspired him to take up the craft. Working alongside brewers in Oregon and Colorado, Mark honed his own artisan beer recipes. An old friend looking to start a brewpub and music hall back in Charlottesville eventually lured Mark back to Virginia. In September 1999, they partnered to found Starr Hill Brewery out of a passion for great beer and live music. Named after the local neighborhood, the brewery shared its original space with the Starr Hill Music Hall.
