This is a real hike (22km / 5¾ hrs). Or not. Or maybe. Well ... a mix of hiking and wine tasting. On Friday 1 May (and on 2/3 May), winemakers open their doors. It is the «Day of the Open Wine Cellar». So let’s have a look. (Expand here and read the description!) But still: The main idea is hiking. We will walk with just a bit of side activity. The trail combines forest sections with open viewpoints overlooking the lake, leading to Alp Oberchäseren, a traditional mountain hut with one of the best viewpoints in the region.
