**Sunday Afternoon Dancing Planet Contra Dance** Intro lesson at 2:30pm, dance from 3-6pm in the Ballroom Back Room at Glen Echo Park, MD. Woo Hoo! Accomplished and delightful, the lovely **Gaye Fifer** returns to dazzle us with her special calling magic. Philadelphia based **Box and String Trio** (Bill Quern, Sarah Gowan, and Laura Alexander) play instrumental traditional roots music from the American Appalachians, England, Canada, Scandinavia, and France as well as original music composed in traditional styles. With a combined instrument collection that includes guitar, mandolin, concertina, melodeon, 4 & 5 string banjo, fiddle, cello, harmonica, jaw harp and foot percussion they provide a varied and entertaining program.
