Join the TaiJi-QiGong weekly practise! It is open for all levels and beginner friendly. :)
If you want to join please sign in/out as the class will only take place if enugh people join (min. 3, but there is additional another whattsapp group with more people joining)
The price is 13âŹ/ unit.
A few more words about this practise: it consists of bodywork - specific exercises designed to release tension and stress in your body. It also includes joint opening and the actual QiGong practise.
This QiGong you could call Yin-Jang QiGong, as it prepares you for TaiJi (Wu style).
This means it is designed to create balance in your body and movement, restructuring old unhealthy movement patterns and aligning your body.
Also central part of this practise (the most powerful one) is that it leads to inner silence, connecting you with your body and silencing your mind. In this silence many virtues as patience, respect, perseverence, discipline... arise/ are transmitted. It is especially beneficial to strngthen your ability to focus and for stress relief.

**Are you ready for the super Tango Weekend we have ahead?**
**Irina Jabsa and Guadalupe Santiago are already in Vienna and today the journey to enhance your tango starts!**
Join us for a Guided PrĂĄctica before the Milonga at Galeria Ideal, a classic in Vienna! This milonga has been functioning for over 20 years and remains an iconic spot for local and visiting tango dancers.
**After the Guided PrĂĄctica, our guests will delight us with a performance during the Galeria Ideal Milonga.**
Even if you aren't a dancer yet and like to watch, it's a good opportunity to grab a drink and enjoy getting mesmerized by the beauty of Argentinean Tango social dance. The milonga starts at 9pm and the show might take place around 10-11pm.
If you don't dance, ask at the bar for the reduced fee (normal is âŹ15, reduced âŹ10).

Am 18.4. verschaffen wir uns einen Einblick in die Kultur der Shipibo aus dem peruanischen Amazonas. Sie bezeichnen sich selbst als "Dieta-Menschenâ und leben in einer tiefen Verbindung zur Natur, die sie als beseelt und geistgetragen verstehen. Sie sind vor allem durch ihren traditionellen Gebrauch von Ayahuasca bekannt, welcher jedoch nur einen kleinen Teil ihrer kulturellen Praxis darstellt.
Der Vortrag beleuchtet die Cosmovision der Shipibo sowie zentrale Elemente wie die Dieta, Meisterpflanzen und ihre traditionellen Gesänge. Auch nach der Präsentation bleibt der Raum geÜffnet fßr gemeinsame Diskussion und Austausch.

**Workshop rund um das Thema Geldanlage und Investieren fßr Anfängerinnen**
Ein Thema, bei dem viele von uns sich irgendwann schon gedacht haben:
*âSollte ich mich eigentlich schon längst damit beschäftigt haben âŚ?â* :-)
Der Workshop richtet sich an alle, die grundsätzlich Interesse haben, sich bisher aber noch nicht so recht drßbergetraut haben.
Dabei ist vĂśllig egal, wo ihr gerade steht; ob viel oder wenig Geld, Single oder Familie, Anfang 30 oder kurz vor der Pension, totaler Neuling oder schon ein bisschen interessiert.
Finanzplanung sieht fĂźr jede anders aus, und genau darum geht es.
Gemeinsam schauen wir uns das Thema verständlich, ohne Fachjargon und ohne Druck in entspannter Atmosphäre an.
Es geht unter anderem um:
* warum wir das Thema Geldanlage oft aufschieben
* was Geldanlage eigentlich leisten soll (und was nicht)
* wie man Risiko besser einschätzen kann
* welche ersten Schritte sinnvoll sind
* und wie man einen Zugang findet, der zum eigenen Leben passt

No matter who you are, where youâre from, or how old you are â youâre welcome here. New to Vienna? An expat? Just curious? Perfect. Most of our meetups are in English, and itâs a great way to connect with like-minded people.
At our sessions, we dip (or swim!) in icy water, support each other, practice optional simple breathing techniques, and discover just how strong we really are â mentally and physically.
**Arrival**: We usually arrive between 11:00-11:15 and then go into the water together. Depending on the weather and the mood, we might do a breathwork before dipping.

MCKS PRANIC HEALINGÂŽ Level I
In PRANIC HEALINGÂŽ Level 1, you learn the basics of working with your energy aura, including learning to "scan," or feel the energy, to "sweep," or clean away congested energy, and to "energize," or supplement areas in your aura that have a pranic deficiency.
PRANIC HEALINGÂŽ has been taught to doctors, nurses, massage
therapists, acupuncturists, chiropractors, shiatsu practitioners, and many others in the healing field. It has allowed them to heal confidently and consistently in the shortest learning time possible. These professionals find PRANIC HEALINGÂŽ very effective and easy to apply.
Other topics covered in PRANIC HEALINGÂŽ Level 1:
Energetic anatomy: You will learn to work with the network of chakras, meridians and auras to accelerate the healing processes of your body.
Preventive healing: You will learn to remove the negative energetic patterns of a disease to prevent it from fully manifesting as a physical ailment.
Self-Pranic healing: You will learn to apply these healing techniques to accelerate your own healing.
Step-by-step techniques for ailments related to your:
respiratory system, e.g., asthma,; circulatory system, e.g., heart ailments; gastrointestinal system, e.g., irritable bowel syndrome; musculoskeletal system, e.g., arthritis and back pain; reproductive system, e.g., menstrual problems. You'll also learn how to address common problems as migraines and sinusitis.
Additionally, you'll learn to apply distant healing to loved ones who are not present in the room with you.
All PRANIC HEALINGÂŽ courses are "experiential," which means that you learn by actually performing the techniques and exercises in class - on yourself and those around you. During class, all the principles will be explained thoroughly and you will practice the techniques exhaustively so you will be confident in your ability to produce positive results when you finish the course.
