Hello everyone, Paul here, I'm a French tennis coach, I’m organising a 1-hour tennis session for FULL BEGINNERS at CWB Sport Ground, specifically for those who have never tried tennis before. The lesson will take place on a practice court, which features a half court and a tennis wall. The objective of the class is to learn the two most fundamental tennis strokes: the backhand and forehand. To facilitate learning, we will use a mini tennis net, the tennis wall and various types of balls. (Soft/half soft/normal). Price is 150 HKD per person for 1h Number of players: 3 maximum Place: CWB Sport Ground, next to Tin Hau MTR Station (This is not inside Victoria Park but next to the yellow library, be careful). Hi ladies. We will meet in front of the Nature Center and head to the two Observation decks. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.

We'll hike four miles at Walnut Woods, which is generally a pretty easy hike - doing the Sweetgum Trail Loop and then out and back on the Monarch Loop to get us to 4 miles. Pace around 17-18 minute miles with no one left behind, and faster walkers can lead out ahead. Optional lunch at Brewdog or Canal Winchester.
