La espiritualidad se hace tangible para los participantes del curso a través de la práctica compartida del yoga y las lecciones teóricas (cada semana se entrega material escrito del curso). Para nosotros es muy importante que, tras un tiempo, los participantes del curso de yoga puedan adaptar su práctica de Hatha Yoga a sus necesidades individuales.
