Full Lifecycle AI Software Teams Meetup
Full Lifecycle AI Software Teams Meetup
🚀 About Full Lifecycle AI Software Teams Meetup *The top 5% to 10% of builders are now 3 to 5 times more productive than they were a year ago. The median builder is up maybe 10% to 20%."* — [Alfred Lin](https://x.com/Alfred_Lin/status/2031379148703408414?utm_source=luma), Sequoia Capital - March 2026. That gap is real, it's widening, and it's not just about which tools you're using. It's about how your whole team is working together. This is a monthly meetup for everyone who touches the software lifecycle (engineers, product managers, designers, QA, technical leaders, and founders) who are rethinking how software gets built end to end in an AI-first world. Not just how individual developers use AI, but how entire teams coordinate: how work gets defined, planned, designed, built, reviewed, and shipped when agents are part of the process. The best teams today aren't writing every line of code. They're setting intent, spinning up parallel agents, and focusing human judgment where it matters most. That shift doesn't happen at the individual level, it happens across the whole team, across the entire SDLC. Talks are technical and candid. Speakers share what they've actually shipped, what broke, and what they'd do differently. No hand-waving about AI changing everything. Just practitioners across every role comparing notes on what a truly agentic software team looks like in practice. If you're in the top 5-10% already, or you're determined to get there.. this is the meetup you've been looking for.

6.6-mile Brushy Creek Regional Trail Evening Hike @ Cedar Park [🔦 Recommended!]
6.6-mile Brushy Creek Regional Trail Evening Hike @ Cedar Park [🔦 Recommended!]
**IMPORTANT:** Due to construction at our previous meeting location which closed down the parking lot we've temporarily moved the starting location to **Brushy Creek Lake Park**. The relevant information has been updated to reflect this. Join us for our **recurring** scenic **6.6-mile (10.6-km)** evening at the Brushy Creek Regional Trail in Cedar Park! We’ll take a relaxed pace through one of the city’s most beautiful trails. The hike should take about **2 hours**. **ℹ️ Additional info** The purpose of this specific event is to have a recurring way for us to meet relatively easily. I want to make sure that recurring events are a "low effort" commitment, ie you don't have to drive 2 hours to get there. In the future once we have more organizers I plan to have more recurring events scheduled so we can cover a larger area. Also, you may have noticed that **this event has an RSVP limit**. This is done for multiple reasons. Not only to ensure that a large group is not disruptive to the rest of the Austin community on the trail, but also to allow us to prioritize the "meetup" experience for every attendee, as having +60 people may be overwhelming, and ultimately the goal of this group is to build a community, not just a collection of individuals that like a specific trail. **📍 Where to Meet** 2310 Brushy Creek Rd, Cedar Park, TX 78613 Google Maps **exact meeting spot link**: https://maps.app.goo.gl/yAzHpoVQdXXAG3XD8 Route on **AllTrails**: [Will be added in the future] **🅿️ Parking** Parking is available directly at the parking lot close to where we'll meet. There will be enough space for everyone. **ℹ️ Recommendations** * Bring good shoes (Although the terrain isn't challenging and relatively flat) * Pack some water (More than you need, just in case) * Bring a friend! (That's my attempt at a shameless self-promo for the group. Although even if you don't, I am confident that you'll get along great with the people you'll meet at the event!) * A flashlight! Your phone is better than nothing, but a dedicated flashlight would only be of benefit of you as the sun sets! **👍 Good to know** * 🐶 Dog-friendly * 👨‍👩‍👧 Family-friendly * ♿ Wheelchair accessible **Event Etiquette (Important!)** * If you RSVP'd, but are unable to make it, please update your attendance as soon as possible. The attendance limit prevents new people from joining if we're at capacity otherwise. If we notice a pattern of you RSVPing to events and not showing up, you will be kicked from this group. * Please show up on time. We will start right at the indicated event time. This is to respect everyones time. If you're a few minutes late, it should not be an issue as the "intro" to the event may take 15 minutes or so, but we will not delay the start until you get there. * Other than that, I know all of you will help me make this group great for everyone. So thanks in advance for that! **Event itinerary** Below is the general outline of how the events are going to function * Updates since last event * Official introductions of everyone * Icebreaker question * The event itself * After event: * (As needed) Updates for next event(s) * Exchange goodbyes **🙂 I want your feedback!** I am working on making this description as informative as possible, if anything is missing, you have any recommendations or there are errors/mistakes, please reach out to me, thanks!

From RAG to Agents: What Every Product Leader Needs to Know
From RAG to Agents: What Every Product Leader Needs to Know
**Special thanks to [Productside](https://productside.com) for hosting!** AI-powered products are going through a major shift. We started with copilots and chatbots, moved to Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)-based systems that retrieve and generate answers, and now we are entering the era of agentic AI - systems that can reason, plan, and take action on their own. For product leaders, this changes the game. It impacts how we build roadmaps, define success metrics, design user experiences, and think about trust and governance. This talk breaks down the evolution from RAG to agents in plain terms, explores what it means for product strategy, and shares practical takeaways PMs can apply to their own products and teams. **Agenda:** 6:00 - 6:30: Networking 6:30 - 7:30: Talk

Brewtique - Crafters Drinking Crafts
The Brewtique allows you to grab a beer/cider/water from the coolers to drink inside, and as they don't have a kitchen, you can bring your own food to munch on. There's also a new restaurant at the other end of this shopping center, The Dugout Gametime Grill - https://thedugoutgtg.com/ you can order from and pick up to eat while you're frosting!! *** Craft with Crafts. Bring the portable CRAFT of your choice and enjoy it alongside CRAFT beer (or whatever) and friendly faces sporting crafty wit\*. We're pretty darn fun. For reals, we craft in a bar, so we are nothing like your mama's stitch & bitch. Knit, Crochet, Cross stitch, or craft whatever lap work you are into at the moment. The lighting is pretty good. Still, you might want to bring an easy project as a backup as we usually sit in the couches sitting area, not at the tables. **PLEASE NOTE:** If you are new to a hobby, and would like to use this as an opportunity to learn more or get some 1:1 time with someone who can help you get through a roadblock, etc, please let us know beforehand so we can come prepared either with supplies/tools and the plan to focus with you, or make accommodations as needed!! \*We So Punny!

Shut Up & Write!™ Easton Town Center
We'll meet at The Capital One Café, 167 Easton Town Center, Space A-103. This is in the main mall where the Microsoft store used to be, on your left if you're standing at the bottom of the AMC Theater escalator. Join us on Saturday for an hour of uninterrupted wordmaking! • What we'll do Join us for an hour of writing! We’ve discovered that it’s strikingly helpful to write with other writers. See if it’s true for you at 10AM on Saturday mornings. Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done. SCHEDULE: 10:00 - SESSION 1: quick intros. 10:10 - timer starts: write for 1 hour. 11:10 - chat / take off / keep writing. OPTIONAL SOCIALIZING happens at 11A-11:30ish. Writing is very solitary. Connecting (and sometimes even commiserating) with other writers is a cool thing. BEING LATE IS OKAY: just show up and get settled, then check-in with me after the session. (I’ll be the person with the Shut Up & Write! sign.) If you were on time, please be willing to make room for the friendly latecomer. Happy writing and I look forward to seeing you! • What to bring Whatever you need to be able to write! Bring earbuds/earplugs if you want to block noise or the occasional conversation by other patrons. Electrical outlets are limited, so charge your devices before whenever possible. See you at The Café on Saturday!
