Join us this Friday evening for a relaxed get-together by the sea! We’ll meet at Picaro Beach, a beach café in Premià de Mar, located just to the right of the port (when facing the port). The idea is simple: meet new people, enjoy good conversations, have a drink, listen to live music, and maybe even dance if the mood strikes. DISFRUTA DEL VERANO EN LOS LAGOS DEL PIRINEO FRANCÉS **Disfruta de una refrescante escapada veraniega a la Alta Cerdanya y la comarca del Capcir, en la Cataluña francesa, que combina una hermosa y fácil caminata de 1 hora por la orilla del lago Puyvaladour, un paseo llano por los bosques del lago Matemale (camino ancho, llano y sombreado), tiempo libre para bañarse en el lago y disfrutar de todas sus instalaciones (playa, bar, restaurante, zonas de pícnic, bosque...) y una visita guiada a la villa de Mont-Louis (Montlluís), cuya fortificación forma parte del patrimonio mundial de la UNESCO.** **También tendremos ocasión de visitar Real, un pequeño pueblo rural situado en la orilla del lago Puyvalador y excelente mirador de la comarca. Buenas! (English below) Cada día aparecen formas nuevas de aprender español, (y otros idiomas) apps nuevas, métodos de gramática, IA, videos de profes explicando cosas, y están todas genial. Si te ayudan a entender más y a hablar mejor están genial. El plan de este grupo es mejorar tu español con juegos, actividades reales y ejercicios para hablar más. Con la excusa de los juegos y las actividades corregimos la mayoría de errores: Palabras difíciles, confundir pasados, preposiciones, verbos que significan muchas cosas, ser y estar en pasado, frases con dos verbos o mas, subjuntivo, expresiones coloquiales, y también los errores "culturales”: ¿De que forma usamos los españoles el idioma en diferentes situaciones? La gente que participa es (casi siempre) muy simpática, y normalmente deja reviews muy positivas de las clases. Si te cuadra el plan ven a practicar tu español y hablamos de comida, de viajes, de trabajo, de cultura, de Internet, de temas locales, de noticias y de muchas más cosas. If they help you to understand more and to speak better, they are great. The main plan in this group is to improve your Spanish with games, real activities and exercises to speak more. All the games and activities are a good excuse to correct the most difficult/ frequent mistakes: Difficult words, confusing past tenses, prepositions, verbs that mean many things, ser and estar in the past, sentences with two or more verbs, subjuntive, colloquial expressions, and also “cultural" mistakes: How we, Spanish people, use the language in different situations? People participating are (almost always) very nice, and usually leave very positive reviews of the classes. If the plan fits you, come to practice your Spanish and we'll talk about food, travel, work, culture, Internet, local issues, business, news and many more things. Facilitated by hearing folks (with a connection to a professional interpreter) using Deaf-created content. People of all ASL skill levels are welcome!
