Il y a une grande différence entre le chocolat commercial, souvent issu de variétés hybrides, cultivé et produit selon des pratiques éthiques parfois douteuses, et le cacao cérémoniel.
Le chocolat commercial, y compris le bio cru, est hautement transformĂ©, ce qui le prive de nombreux nutriments prĂ©cieux pour le corps, l'esprit, le cĆur et l'Ăąme. Notamment, la PEA (phĂ©nylĂ©thylamine), connue comme la 'molĂ©cule de l'amour' â une amphĂ©tamine naturellement produite par notre corps lorsque nous sommes amoureux â est prĂ©sente dans le cacao cĂ©rĂ©moniel, mais est Ă©liminĂ©e par les hautes tempĂ©ratures du processus de torrĂ©faction du cacao commercial.

* We play casual and are open to any gender, age, and physical form, so far our demographics have been mostly men, between 20 and early 30 years old. Some haven't exercised/played for a long time (due to covid/confinements restrictions), and most of us are from outside Paris or even France, so pretty friendly and chill.
* Sundays for 1.5 hours, 2 teams of 6 (max) 5 in with 1 sub, rotating every 5 min.
* All pitches are synthetic/astro turf and have sidewalls that can be used to rebound (meaning no lines, probably more physical games)

Sunday Badminton - 11am Open Session
Hi Badminton Fans!
Come and join us every Sunday for a fun session of badminton. There are usually 2 sessions to choose from,
**This 11 am - Open Session is open to players of all levels, though mainly intermediate players and below.**
**If you are a complete beginner -**
Talk to us first before signing up, and we can try to make accommodations and maybe have beginners-only court to begin with, with one of the organisers ready to explain all of the basics, such as serving, scoring, rules etc, as well as some pointers to help you progress.
**Which Session To Choose**
If you're unsure of your level, sign up for the 11am session to start, or ask us! We will try our utmost to ensure that you play with people of similar levels.
**What Do You Need**
Don't worry about equipment; racquets and shuttlecocks are provided, and there's no need for a badminton license or insurance. Just bring your indoor sports shoes, and a willingness to meet new friends and have lots of fun.
There are changing rooms and showers.
**Get There Early**
Try and get there early to change and get warmed up so that we can start right on time. The courts are normally not being used before we play, so we can get a little extra time playing.
**Registration & Payments**
Registration is 14⏠per person, and you can sign up via PayPal through this event page. For alternative payments, check for available slots on the event page first. Then, submit your payment via https://revolut.me/jonathwu3q with a description of which event you are signing up for, and send the screenshot to one of us so that we can add you.

**Annual Membership Option**
For regular players, there is the option to take out an annual membership. This costs 80⏠for the first year and is renewable each year for 40âŹ. This reduces the weekly registration fee to only 10⏠per session.
**No Refunds**
In the case of a cancellation or no-show, there are no refunds.

* Yes! We are an international group and everyone speaks English!
2. Are there still available slots? I canât sign up! Help!
* Check the bottom of the event page for availabilities. Once full, RSVPs will be closed. Sign up as early as possible because the events fill up very quickly.
3. I signed up, but I canât make it! Can I get a refund?
* No refunds for cancellations or no-shows. If you inform us early enough, we can try to find a substitute and refund you, but no guarantees.
4. Why canât I get a refund?
* We need a fixed number of participants to maximize court usage, court fees, team arrangements, and team rotations. Cancelations throw all of this off.
5. Do I need to bring anything? Water? Racquets? Birdies?
* If you have your own racquet, that will be best! Otherwise, we have spare ones and we provide the shuttlecocks. Bring enough water to hydrate yourself.

PEM organise pas de promenades ou de randonnĂ©es dans le style des confĂ©renciers, ils sont assez nombreux sur Paris, ils sont trĂšs bons dans leur domaine et leurs tarifs, les durĂ©es de leurs Ă©vĂ©nements et leurs vitesses de marche ne sont pas les mĂȘmes que nous. Si possible Ă chaque fin de parcours nous allons prendre un verre. Vous aurez pas au cours d'une promenade ou d'une randonnĂ©e une confĂ©rence sur 'histoire de France" ou sur "l'histoire d'un quartier". Un guide papier avec l'historique du parcours
vous seras donné en début de sortie.
Le but premier c'est de discuter et d'Ă©changer avec des personnes dans le groupe qui viennent de tous les univers et d'un peu partout dans le monde tout en dĂ©couvrant une exposition cachĂ©e, un bar insolite, une pĂątisserie qui sort de l'ordinaire, un trompe l'oeil, des enseignes classĂ©es, un musĂ©e inhabituel, des graffitis pratiquement illisibles, un marchĂ© improbable, une forĂȘt, une ferme... :-)

GitHub Copilot is powerful, but what if you could scale from a solo AI assistant to an entire team of specialized agents working in parallel? This session introduces Squad: an open-source framework for multi-agent orchestration that lets you define teams of AI agents with specific roles, responsibilities, and expertise.
We'll progress from Copilot basics to the Copilot CLI, explore how Agents add autonomy, and see how Instructions and Skills let you customize agent behavior. Then, the climax: a live demo where a Squad team of 3 agents (Lead, Developer, Tester) stands up and builds a working application in real-time, showcasing true multi-agent collaboration.
Whether you're new to AI or exploring how to scale your use of Copilot, this session will show you what's possible when agents work as a team.
