**🎙️Talks**
**From Chaos to Marketplace: A Practical Guide to Sharing AI Agent Best Practices at Scale (In English)**
AI coding agents are transforming how we build software, but getting your whole engineering organization to benefit from them is harder than it looks. At Kovant, we learned this the hard way, going through four stages of trial and error before landing on something that actually works at scale. In this talk, Kovant's CTO will share the honest story behind that journey and reveal the approach that finally made it click for our teams.
*By Dror Asaf, CTO and Co-founder*
**Claude in Red Team and Blue Team Mode: From Breaking Things to Putting Out Fires (In Spanish)**
A practical talk on how to use Claude for reconnaissance and early phases of pentesting (red team), as well as a technical aid for incident analysis (blue team).
This talk explores what it truly means to be a hacker, separating myths from reality, and dives into a hands-on lab using Claude Code, covering setup, context, and operational rules. We introduce MCP as the interface that enables models to interact with tools, and walk through real testing targets and methodologies. Through practical exercises, we demonstrate how to identify web vulnerabilities, interpret Nmap outputs to prioritize risks and define next steps, and finally how Claude Code can also support defensive strategies, showing its value for both red and blue team scenarios.

**🎙️ Charlas**
*Por Dror Asaf, CTO and Co-founder*

Mind Over Molecule: The Science of Meditation & Your Genes (tickets on Luma)
***Can meditation change your genes?***
Most of us have been told that meditation is good for us. Fewer of us know why, and almost nobody is asking the really wild question: can a regular mindfulness practice actually change how your genes express themselves?
**[Tickets must be purchased in advance via LUMA - from 9 Euros.](https://luma.com/c3qfc5s8?utm_source=MEETUP)**
Dr. Iñaki Martín-Subero is the person best placed to answer that. He's an ICREA Research Professor at IDIBAPS of Barcelona and one of Spain's leading epigenomics researchers, with 300 peer-reviewed publications in journals like Nature, Nature Genetics and Cancer Cell. He's also been meditating for 30 years, leads workshops in Taoist meditative practices and lucid dreaming, teaches at the Master on Mindfulness in Health of the University of Barcelona, and collaborates in a multidisciplinary mindfulness research programme with the Complutense University of Madrid, Nirakara and the Hygeia Foundation.
In this talk, we'll explore:
* What the field of epigenetics is and why it matters for how you live.
* What the current science says about meditation and the epigenome.
* Where the field is heading as researchers start to close the gap between ancient practice and molecular biology.
Expect honest answers, genuinely surprising science, and the rare experience of hearing someone who embodies both sides of the conversation.

Clear Expectations for Risky Exploration
A practical workshop for those who want to think more clearly about risks, better define expectations and create stronger learning outcomes.
This session is for people who want to reduce avoidable mistakes, respond better to setbacks and make smarter decisions in uncertain, fast-changing or innovative environments. It focuses on understanding the difference between failures that should be prevented, failures that need careful examination and failures that should be designed to support learning.
**We will cover:**
* recognising the difference between basic, complex and intelligent failure.
* understanding why intelligent failure matters in uncertain or innovative work.
* defining expectations more clearly before starting a task.
* turning avoidable or messy setbacks into smaller, safer learning experiments.
* using goal, scope, guardrails and learning to design better decisions.

Buenas!
(English below)
Vente y hablamos.
Rafa.

Hi!
Every day there are new ways to learn Spanish, (or any language) new apps, grammar methods, AI, teachers explaining things on videos, and they are all great.
If they help you to understand more and to speak better, they are great.
The main plan in this group is to improve your Spanish with games, real activities and exercises to speak more.
All the games and activities are a good excuse to correct the most difficult/ frequent mistakes:
Difficult words, confusing past tenses, prepositions, verbs that mean many things, ser and estar in the past, sentences with two or more verbs, subjuntive, colloquial expressions,
and also “cultural" mistakes: How we, Spanish people, use the language in different situations?
People participating are (almost always) very nice, and usually leave very positive reviews of the classes.
If the plan fits you, come to practice your Spanish and we'll talk about food, travel, work, culture, Internet, local issues, business, news and many more things.
There is a contribution to participate of only €10 per person/2-hour class (materials included, drinks not included) or €30 for 4 classes.
Let´s talk.
Rafa.

Drunken Philosophy: What’s up with all the AI hate?
**Welcome to Drunken Philosophy** a casual, curious social discussion
**Optional topic for this meetup: What's up with all the AI hate?**
A recent survey found that 74% of Americans have a negative view of AI, and I want to know why. Come out and debate whether AI is good or bad.
My hot take: a labor-saving tool that could potentially help cure cancer gets called dangerous because it might raise unemployment or cause a speculative investment bubble, that tells you a lot more about capitalism and the economic system we live under than it does about the tool itself. As a computer programmer, I think AI is a wonderful tool that has increased my productivity by at least an order of magnitude. I'd go so far as to say Claude Code is the best tool I have ever used. Debate me and name a better one.
Is AI potentially dangerous? Yes, but so are a lot of tools. Chainsaws. Steam engines (early ones would occasionally explode and kill everyone in the room). Do you think cavemen sat around debating whether fire could be used as a weapon or for self-harm, and decided not to discover it?
I have two friends who hate AI for opposite reasons: one thinks it's a fad and not useful, and the other thinks it's going to take over everything and cause human extinction.
Come out tonight, have a friendly debate, and make some friends.
No lectures. Friendly crowd. Drop in for one drink and stay if it's fun.
