Join me for a soul-nourishing afternoon of mindful wandering, grounding and connecting with nature, writing out things that have to be written, flexing that imagination biceps with some creative assignments – all while snacking and gently sun-baking :) We'll kick off our adventure with a cozy picnic by the pond at Montjuïc, where we'll spread our blankets and let the spring breeze inspire our first words.
