**Insight Circle** Connect deeply, developing greater intimacy, with yourself and others, in this **Relational** **Mindfulness Practice** in the form of a conversation. We will practice **observing without judgement**, what’s happening in us and between us, in the moment, as we relate to each other. **Observing sensations, emotions and thoughts** so that we get a complete picture of what it’s like to be us. In this way, we learn to **lead ourselves** through **greater awareness** of the moment, and cultivate our own **inner knowing**. Through exercises introduced at the beginning of each session, we will gradually develop our capacity together to **be present** with what is and listen deeply to ourselves and others. **This practice can help you:** * Connect to your emotions, and * Be more at ease and alignment in your body and mind. * Get inspiration. * Develop intuition to help you make decisions. * Improve your relationships and connect with others on a much deeper level. * Become unstuck in different areas of your life and take action.
