Mindful movement and flow: This class is a slower moving, strengthening and balance building practice based on mindfulness. We will bring our intentions to the awareness of our bodies and our breath in movement or in longer held poses. We will explore different breathing techniques that help clear out physical, emotional or mental energies allowing a sense of peace within. The session is offered InStudio and OnLine. The pickleball courts are situated on the far side of the playground, past the swing sets and picnic area. These courts (are] strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, and we do not offer reservation for public use. The courts are frequently unoccupied, but sometimes few people utilize the courts. Halloween in December? Why not! Come celebrate whatever winter holidays you wish in only the *most* festive manner - with fursuits, spooky theming, golf, and laser tag! We will once again be descending upon Monster Mini Golf in Chantilly for an evening of games, costuming, and great company! Sound like a good time? We have TWO party rooms reserved for our group at 7 PM, and every attendee will be able to partake in one game consisting of 18 holes of glow-in-the-dark mini golf, alive with animated monsters, music, and lots of audio and visual effects! But wait, that's not all! Every attendee will also receive one round of laser tag and $5 in arcade credits. And the best part - this event is **FURSUIT-FRIENDLY**! Monster has generously granted our group permission to wear fursuits on the premises during this event. If you are fursuiting, please be sure to abide by the following rules: 1. Be courteous and respectful to other Monster Mini Golf guests and staff members. If a staff member asks you to remove your head at any time, please do so. 2. We meet at lunch each week and each meeting follows a fairly organized agenda. First all participants pass their business cards around. Then each member and guest is invited to give a one-minute overview of their company and what is a perfect referral for the week. We always have a 10 minute presentation from one of the members about their business in more detail. And finally we pass referrals. You're welcome to visit. Nobody is ever put on the spot.
