**Women Who Wonder — Intergenerational Women's Circle**
**The topic of this circle is cycles**. Every woman has experience with different kinds of cycles. As a gynaecologist I have accompanied many women through them and I know how much they vary.
**Why we need an intergenerational women's circle**
Since the industrialisation of the 19th century, we have been segregated into age groups since kindergarten. This disconnect between generations costs us well-being, resilience, and even years of our lives. Women Who Wonder brings back the receptive, responsive relationships between generations.
We sit together in a circle for 90 minutes, not to advise but to share, listen to and witness each other. Each participant speaks without interruption and can ask for the kind of response she would like, or silent appreciation. Being witnessed this way creates a tangible, lifting energy.
**About the topic: women and cycles**
Whether it is the year, the moon, the menstrual cycle, or our life's cycle, our rhythms are attuned to the natural rhythm, or maybe not. Cycles can be an orientation, a reason for joy or suffering, and all experiences are welcome.
**How it works**
Every participant shares what she likes to. We pass an hourglass as our talking piece. To create a safe and confidential space, every attendee signs our circle agreements on arrival. In short: we don't interrupt, we are non-judgemental, we don't fix, and we don't sell services. What is shared in the circle stays in the circle.
**About me**
My name is Barbara, Dr. Barbara Kleeb, I'm a coach, healer, gynaecologist and obstetrician with experience from birth to consultation, from hormones to operation. I am interested in many things, have written and recorded songs and created an online networking event for polymaths that lights people up. I feel that it is time for women to support each other, to learn with and from each other across generations.

Vollmond Nachtwanderung am Lützelsee
Der Lützelsee ist bekannt für seine landschaftliche Schönheit. In der friedlichen Stille der Landschaft können wir erleben, wie in uns heilsame Energien frei werden. Ein besonderes Erlebnis bietet die Zeit um die Sommersonnwende, die wir bei Vollmond nutzen, um in tiefere Ebenen unseres Bewusstseins, jenseits des Alltagsbewusstseins, einzutauchen. Bei Vollmond erreicht unser Energielevel das Maximum. Dies in Verbindung mit langanhaltendem rhythmischem Gehen ermöglicht uns eine bewusste Grenzerfahrung in körperlicher, psychischer und geistiger Hinsicht.
Wir umrunden den Lützelsee langsam im Schweigen. Jeder kann eigene Uebungen mitbringen, z.B. Meditationen, Mantras, Gebete, Traumyoga etc.
In einigen tantrischen Traditionen geht man davon aus, dass das erste Chakra unter den Fusssohlen zu finden ist. Wird dieses Fusschakra durch längeres Gehen aktiviert, öffnen sich alle anderen Chakren und heilende Energien fliessen bis zum Kronenchakra. All dies kann bei der Wanderung ausprobiert werden. Eine einmalige Gelegenheit.
Die Wanderung beginnt bei Sonnenuntergang (21:11) und endet mit dem Sonnenaufgang (5:33). Wir umrunden den Lützelsee insgesamt sieben Mal. Nach jeder Umrundung machen wir 10 Minuten Pause. Wer möchte, kann uns auch nur für eine oder ein paar Runden begleiten und im Schlafsack Pause machen.

Studies show that people who suffer from long-term emotional pain have painful experiences in their lives that were never fully resolved in their mind. The emotional pain from past bad experiences easily lingers in the present, making it hard to enjoy life and create your future. Even when you think you've moved on, the negative emotions can be triggered, sending you back into the pain of that experience.
And we are talking about pain; emotions such as grief, depression, anxiety, fear (or terror), boiling anger, simmering resentment, feelings of shame, blaming and regret can leave you incapacitated to a greater or lesser degree.
In this local event we will be discussing the reasons why these past bad experiences have the power to affect you long after they occurred. We'll go over why the emotional pain can be so strong. We'll also discuss some simple solutions to overcome your emotional pain and be free to fully enjoy your life again.

Free In-person Meeting: Unwanted Emotions & Loneliness, How to Get Over Them
This is an in-person meeting.
Did you know that unwanted emotions like loneliness, sadness, hopelessness, anger, fear, anxiety, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not chemical imbalance in your brain due to some nebulous chemical reactions by chance.
Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you.
The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life.
For instance, let's say you are already carrying a huge load on your back, then you cannot take on much more, but, let's say something else happens to you, such as the difficulties from the Pandemic, then the resultant combined weight on you can take you over the edge, kind of like the straw that break the camel's back. When this happens, people's attention usually goes to the straw that was added, but actually the majority of the weight had come from the huge load that were already there, holding a person down and causing a person issues.
So how do you remove the huge load that was already there? How do you lighten them up? Is it possible to get rid of them?
That is what this meeting will be all about.
