Mindfulness is presence without judgement. Inner balance entails the capacity to stay present with the emerging reality, whether that brings joy, stress, anger, edginess or any other emotion.
This session is a safe space for practicing mindful awareness, non-judgemental presence and embodiment through different practices like meditation, tapping, grounding, journaling and more.

**Ablauf Schnupper-Abend:**
Nach einem gemeinsamen "Om" und einem heiteren Stimm-Warmup singen wir verschiedene herzöffnende und bewusstseins-erhebende, ein- und mehrstimmige Mantras, welche von Komponist und Dirigent Kevin Groner mehrstimmig arrangiert wurden.
An diesem Abend sind bereits viele Mitsingende anwesend, die sich vom letzten Projekt angemeldet haben, aber auch viele, die zum ersten Mal rein-schnuppern.
**Benefits:**
Singen im Chor entwickelt Deine Stimme, Dein Selbst-Vertrauen, Dein inneres Potenzial und Dein harmonisches Einfügen in ein grösseres Ganzes. Es verbindet Verstand und Herz und führt zu grosser Lebensfreude und Vitalität. Du erfährst überdies spannende Hintergründe zu den Mantras wie korrekte Aussprache, Bedeutung und Wirkung.
Und natürlich lernst Du viele gleichgesinnte Menschen im Chor kennen.
**Anforderungen:**
Freude an der Musik und ein Gefühl dafür, einfache Melodien nachzusingen zu können, sollte ausreichend sein.
**Falls Du der Schnupper-Abend schon ausgebucht sein sollte,** (das merkst Du dann bei der Anmeldung), dann wirst Du automatisch auf die Warteliste gesetzt und kannst nachrücken wenn ein Platz frei wird. Taiji and Meditation in Zurich – Open Introduction Evenings (Deutsch & English)
Taiji is a precise and refined practice. Through consistent training over time, it develops inner clarity, elastic strength, and a deeper level of the Mind.
I am opening my regular Taiji group in Zurich for several introduction evenings in March and April. These evenings are an opportunity to experience the practice and get to know my way of teaching. There is no expectation of immediate commitment — the intention is simply to explore whether this path feels right for you.

Our Outdoor Movement & Community Empowerment Groups are simple, guided experiences designed to help people reconnect with nature, themselves, and others. We combine some form of movement (hike, walk, run, bike, yoga, workout) and meaningful conversation within a simple community circle to create a space where individuals can support each other while prioritizing mental and physical well-being.
Whether you’re seeking stress relief, personal growth, or community, our groups offer everyone a unique and welcoming environment.

## **The Ideal Group Leader**
The ideal group leader
* Has a born-in passion for mental health, movement, connecting with nature and building community.
* Has 5 extra hours per week to dedicate to a meaningful cause for at least one year. Yes, you can leave any organization at any time and we can also ask you to leave, but we are building with legacy in mind and we need people who can commit and be ALL IN on this mission to build with us.
* Is independently financially stable with the ability to volunteer with no expectation of pay. This is a deeply beautiful journey of service that all participants commit to at Speak Your Mind.
* An ability to manage groups with high emotional intelligence and desire for human connection.
* An ability to self-motivate and market/promote their group on Facebook and other social platforms.
* Nature informed therapy or clinical therapists/psychologists a plus.
