Empathetic Assertiveness Workshop
In this session weâll deep-dive into Empathetic Assertiveness; a practical framework for leaders to communicate boundaries (what you decide to accept) and limits (what you can realistically do) with clarity and respect, without aggression nor passivity. This learnable skill helps you set standards, manage capacity, deliver effective messages and build strong relationships based on an empathetic bridge of trust that fosters resilience and impact in any challenging situation.
Too often, leaders slip into passive, passive-aggressive, or aggressive styles that erode teamwork and confidence. Empathetic assertiveness equips you to communicate and act with confidence, resoluteness and inclusiveness, driving collective alignment and success.
This interactive 90-minute workshop is designed for professionals, founders, managers, team leads, and anyone aiming to communicate with more courage, clarity, and relational impact, turning difficult conversations into opportunities for growth.
During the session weâll cover:

She is also President of Women4Space, promoting inclusion and opportunities in the space sector. With a Masterâs in Linguistics and a degree in Social Psychology, she focuses on helping professionals communicate clearly and lead effectively. Her research on building an inclusive space workforce will be presented at IAC (International Astronautical Congress ) Antalya 2026.
