Generative AI is changing how product, design, and engineering teams work together, from how ideas are explored to how decisions are discussed and documented. In this session, Mert will share practical experiences from working on complex design and personalization products at Vistaprint: where AI genuinely improves quality, shared context, and speed, and where it risks creating shallow alignment, coordination overhead, or endless artifact generation instead of deeper thinking. The session is intended less as a prescription and more as an honest reflection on the new collaboration tradeoffs many teams are already starting to feel.

đ¶ **The Plan**
Join us for a refreshing day on the Costa Brava, where weâll explore the coastline of Platja dâAro from both the sea and the land.
Weâll start the day with a guided kayak activity along a beautiful stretch of coast, paddling through turquoise waters, rocky passages and hidden coves surrounded by cliffs and Mediterranean forest. During the activity, weâll also have time to stop for a swim and enjoy some snorkeling in crystal-clear waters.
After the kayak, weâll have some free time to relax, change clothes, eat something or enjoy the beach at our own rhythm.
Later, weâll continue the day with an easy hike along a section of the CamĂ de Ronda, one of the most beautiful coastal paths of the Costa Brava. Weâll enjoy sea views, pass through tunnels carved into the rock, discover small coves and if we have time, reach the Torre Colomina, an old coastal defense tower built in the 15th century to protect the area from pirate attacks.
And during the hike, if you prefer to slow down and just relax on the beach, thatâs totally fine too. You can stop walking at any moment, enjoy the sea and the sun, and weâll meet you again on the way back. The main goal is simple: have a great day together!
To finish the day, weâll leave some time for a relaxed drink by the sea before heading back to Barcelona.

Empezaremos el dĂa con una actividad guiada de kayak por uno de los tramos mĂĄs bonitos de la costa, remando por aguas turquesas, pasos entre rocas y calas escondidas rodeadas de acantilados y bosque mediterrĂĄneo. Durante la actividad, tambiĂ©n tendremos tiempo para parar, darnos un buen chapuzĂłn y hacer un poco de snorkel en aguas cristalinas.
Después del kayak, tendremos un rato libre para relajarnos, cambiarnos, comer algo o simplemente disfrutar de la playa a nuestro ritmo.
MĂĄs tarde, continuaremos el dĂa con una caminata fĂĄcil por un tramo del CamĂ de Ronda, uno de los caminos costeros mĂĄs bonitos de la Costa Brava. Disfrutaremos de vistas al mar, pasaremos por tĂșneles excavados en la roca, descubriremos pequeñas calas y, si tenemos tiempo, llegaremos hasta la Torre Colomina, una antigua torre de defensa costera construida en el siglo XV para proteger la zona de los ataques piratas.
