**Join us for a breathtaking journey along the stunning Seven Sisters Coastal Walk - an iconic UK hike not to be missed!** Swap the city for sea breeze on this iconic 23km cliffside adventure along the Sussex Heritage Coast. Starting in the quiet town of Seaford, we’ll hike the full stretch of the Seven Sisters, tackling rolling hills, dramatic chalk cliffs, and photogenic coastal views. Expect good vibes, salty air, and legs that know they’ve done something. Not for the faint hearted, this hike is a route you must do at least once in your lifetime! **Logistics** 📍 **Start and End point**: London Victoria Station 🕗 **Meet**: **9 AM** sharp inside Victoria Station (outside the Postmark/Tortilla shops) 🕖 **Return**: approx. 8 PM into London Victoria Station 💸 **Cost**: £33 (includes train tickets + guided hike) We will meet at Victoria station at 9 AM to catch the 9:20 AM train to Seaford (around 1h 30m hrs train journey). From Seaford we follow the cliffs all the way to Eastbourne, have lunch on a cliff top on the way, catching the 6:30 PM train back to London. As we will travel on a group train ticket, you are committed to stay with the group until the end (group ticket = group return)**. Ultimate Frisbee Pickup! All experience welcome! Main details: • For first-timers: you're very welcome, no experience necessary, we can teach you the rules and how to play. You just need a willingness to run around a LOT! Bring trainers (or cleats/football boots) and clothes you can run in and plenty of water • Please try to bring both a light top and a dark top as this makes splitting into balanced teams easier • Throwing from 2:00pm ish, we'll kick off a friendly pick-up game around 2:15. It's fine if you can only make it later on - we play with substitutes so you can join in at any point. If no one is there when you arrive, don't worry, people are probably just late! If the meetup is not cancelled, frisbee will be happening! • Afterwards we always head to a pub garden and have a drink or two :) • Frisbee is a non-contact sport, but the occasional bumps can happen, we're all playing at our own risk

**Saturday - Intermediate+ (2 hours) @ Mulberry** Come and join our friendly badminton club for a fun and competitive doubles session at Mulberry Sports & Leisure Centre in Whitechapel! **Extra Hour Option (11:00 – 12:00)** Book a space for the add-on session (you'll find it on our event calendar) for **£6.00**, or just **£3.00** if you’re also booked into the 9:00–11:00 or 12:00–14:00 session on the same day. **How it works** * Book your spot here on Meetup – spaces are limited. * Pay by bank transfer before the session – bank details are provided below. * Bring your own racket and non-marking indoor shoes. Feather shuttles are included. **Level** This is an **Intermediate+ session**. You should be able to play clears, smashes, drops, drives, and net shots consistently in games. All players **must be at the right level** for this session. Badminton levels vary between clubs, so we strongly recommend checking out our **Instagram page** to see what *we* class as **Lower Intermediate, Intermediate, and High Intermediate** before booking. We always use the **first game as a level check**. If it becomes clear during that game that the standard isn’t the right match for this session, **you won’t be able to continue beyond that point**. Come along on Sunday 17th May for lunch before the guided walk. **About the event** Once a month at lunchtime before the guided walks, we will be having lunch in a local cafe or pub in the area the walk is in. It's a chance to chat and get to know people in the group in a quiet relaxed setting. Each month's place will be in a different part of London and different cafes or pubs.
