Hi lovely people, Saturday the 23. of May is our 2nd outdoor Jam Session in Rehberge Park this year! Come around to chill and play with us. We have some basic instruments: drum set, bongos, congas, electric guitar, PA & mixer. Feel free to bring your own instruments and we'll plug you in! There will be cold/warm beverages and cake provided by our friend of Initiative Parkcafé Rehberge. At the Rehbergepark jams, musicians and listeners come together to float in the music. For one afternoon, the Parkcafé Rehberge will become a place for experimentation and free music-making without any barriers in a relaxed atmosphere. Over cake, coffee, and drinks, everything blends together: children, parents, music lovers, musicians, passersby, dogs, and people. This is a very large and amazing space that we are now calling home. On May 24th we will be hosting a collaborative event with both the Go Mental Film Festival and Voices with Impact. It will be a night of mental health focused short films that have received funding from Voices with Impact. Grant Director Chris Hyde will be on hand to explain how the funding works and give more information about the organization. There will be an in-depth Q&A that will allow you to understand how you can receive their funding to help make a short film based on the subject of mental health. As fellow film organizations that support both independent film and a great cause we are happy to lend our support to them.

The Carnival of Cultures (Karneval der Kulturen) is Berlin at its absolute best—vibrant, diverse, and filled with kinetic energy. As the festival reaches its main day on Sunday, May 25th, The ISO Club is heading to Friedrichshain to capture the ultimate finale of this incredible celebration.
