Quiz Night im Cafe Lutetia
**Quizfans aufgepasst!

BitDevs Bitcoin Socratic Seminar Berlin
**BitDevs Bitcoin Socratic Seminar Berlin @ c-base Raumstation**
Join us for our monthly interactive **[Bitcoin Socratic Seminar](https://bitdevs.berlin)** in Berlin! We’ll start with pizza and beer (sponsored by [Ordimint.com](https://ordimint.com)), followed by deep-dive discussions on the most interesting *technical* developments in Bitcoin from the past month. Participation by everyone is highly encouraged!
Our goal is to foster lively discussion, knowledge sharing, and debate. In the weeks leading up to the event, participants gather topics such as:
* New research papers
* New BIPs and BOLTs
* Network statistics
* Technical blog posts
* Mailing list and Delving Bitcoin threads
* Pull requests and updates from key repos (Bitcoin Core, LND, Core Lightning, Eclair, BDK, rust-bitcoin, LDK, Electrum, …)
Each topic is briefly introduced by our moderators and then discussed before moving on. The full list of links will be published at [bitdevs.berlin](https://bitdevs.berlin) 1–2 days before the event — please review them in advance to get the most out of the discussion.
**Important details:**
* This event is highly technical — best suited for those with a solid grasp of Bitcoin internals. Curious newcomers are always very welcome, but expect in-depth conversations (see the former topics at [bitdevs.berlin](https://bitdevs.berlin)).
* Chatham House Rule applies: you may share what was discussed, but not who said it. No livestream, no photos, no recordings.
* The evening begins with food and networking; people often stay after the seminar to keep talking.
**Co-hosted by:**
* [Felix](https://x.com/FelixWeis)
* [Freerk](https://x.com/freerko)
* [Fabian](https://x.com/fjahr)

The Minority Report
The Minority Report is a weekly stand-up comedy show about identity, culture, and the expat experience.
Are you a minority in Europe? Did something weird, awkward, or low-key offensive happen to you this week?
This is the space to vent your feelings about it.
Every week, comedians Bryan Lee and Moe Singleton take the stage to unpack life as outsiders, offering their unique commentary on topics like race, masculinity, relationships, and life between cultures.
Add weekly special guest comedians and “question time” with the audience, and you’ve got Berlin’s most unhinged comedy experience.
🎟️ Want to warm up before the show?
Check out our comedy workshop – a beginner-friendly stand-up class with Bryan and Moe, hosted just before the show.

Food Along the River Ganga, India
Join us for an intimate 7-course dining experience, designed to connect souls, where every ingredient has a lineage, and every bite begins a journey.
For over 2,500 years, the river Ganga hasn’t just been a river - it’s been a witness to civilizations, empires, trade, migration, spirituality… and everyday life.
And food - quietly, consistently - has flowed alongside it.
Handcrafted by a native Indian cook, each dish you’ll taste comes from a different place along this River, and we’ll also immerse ourselves in the stories, heritage, and local nuances of each destination. Think of it as gently taking a boat downstream - starting in the mountains, and ending in the lush delta.

**WHY GO?**
Everything around Berlin seems as flat as a pancake. With one exception: The glacial hill landscape along the Oder riverscape. On our hike along “Gipfelstürmer” we explore this enchanting region in a unique way.
**WHAT ARE SOME OF THE HIGHLIGHTS?**
The trail won the award for “East-Germany’s Best Hiking Trail” in 2021 – for good reasons: With 17.5 km of ups and downs this summit tour is a great challenge and offers numerous highlights along the way:
* **Watzmann & Gloomy Gorge:** This tiny mountain that takes its name from its big brother in the alps offers a large summit cross and a good place for a seated break. Afterwards, we will climb down the scenic “Düstere Klamm” gorge.
* **Observation towers:** Four historic observation towers, each with a unique architecture, line our way. They can be climbed and offer spectacular views across the Oder valley all the way to Poland.
* **Teufelssee:** The dark forest lake has a magical atmosphere and is the perfect place for a picnic. To relax from climbing, jump in the lake or take a cold foot bath in the nearby stream. From the lake, a delightful loop leads to the edge of the forest and back through lofty heights.
* **Thuringia View:** This hill offers a fantastic view into the open landscape, including the two ship lifts that you can see on the horizon. With its seating and the pavilion, the square offers a nice place to picnic and relax.

The Shamanic Ceremony typically begins with setting a sacred space, participants will be invited to sit comfortably while the facilitator introduces the steps of the Ceremony, explaining the different elements while serving Blue Lotus tea.

* Integration and Sharing: After the ceremony, participants are encouraged to share their experiences and insights, helping to integrate the healing process into their daily lives
*
*
* **About Sacred Offering**
* Plants hold a living “spiritual matrix” with unique energies that influence body, mind, and spirit.
* Psychoactive plants mirror human neurotransmitters, reflecting deep human–nature communion.
* Sacred Tobacco (Rapé): Air Medicine received through breath; enhances perception, clears upper energy channels, supports detox and pineal decalcification.
* Blue Lotus: Heart-opening gateway to deeper realms; warm, aromatic, gently bitter; moves stagnant emotions, supports digestive and heart-centered detox; carries ancient wisdom of our essential nature.
* Humans and plants co-evolved with solar and seasonal rhythms; rhythmic practices (drumming, trance, meditation) reconnect us to archetypal consciousness and shamanic ecstatic states.

Hike in the Lange Dammwiesen 12km
Lange Dammwiesen und Annatal is a beautiful and scenic nature reserve in Brandenburg in the area of Strausberg. It has a mixture of dry grassland, wet meadows and forest. It has unique small hills in the shape of a dam.
We will hike in this nature reserve. After the nature reserve we will pass the beautiful lakes Kleiner Stienitzsee and Stienitzsee.
After 3 hours of hiking I plan to have a coffee but can't promise there will be something open.
I am asking for a donation of 2€ for this event.
**Good to know:**
We will meet at the Station Strausberg (not Strausberg Stadt) **at 12pm** in front of the Service store/main station building.
You need ABC-Ticket or Deutschland Ticket.

Qamaria Yemeni Coffee
Qamaria Yemeni Coffee is authentic, spacious, has a helpful staff, and I like their espresso. If you try this place on your own, they’re open early and late.
This spot has been recommended a couple times and I think it’ll make a great stop on our journey. Come out Saturday morning for a relaxed convo.
(Please keep your RSVP updated if you know you won't be able to attend, so others who can join have the opportunity to. No discussions on politics, religion or potentially controversial topics. We're here to relax and have fun. Just be respectful and we'll be alright. Pay your own way, and enjoy!)
