Whether you're a seasoned performer or stepping out of your bedroom with your first song, this is a space to play, listen, and connect. **New to performing?**







We want to create space that is especially welcoming to first-time performers. If you're new to sharing music, know that this is a no-pressure, supportive space where beginners are encouraged and we value having fun over perfection! **How it works:** * It’s unplugged and intimate. We go around in a song circle - each person gets a turn to play one song per round. You’re welcome to sit out a round if you prefer. * Singers welcome - no instrument needed. Go acappella or ask for accompaniment. * Covers, originals, instrumentals - all styles welcome. **A few practical notes:** * RSVP is essential in order to perform. * Plus one’s are welcome RSVP only required for musicians. * Can’t make it? Please update your RSVP so someone else can join. * Respect the performers: stay quiet during songs, and use breaks between rounds to grab a drink or step out. * The venue is free so we encourage you to support the bar by grabbing a drink. * The room we will be in is semi-private - patrons may wander in and listen from the back of the room. **Tips jar on the night

Come along to get rid of the number one fear people have. Every week we have new members and people starting from scratch so you will not be alone. Everything is based around what you're comfortable with and you don't have to stand up, talk or do anything if you don't feel like it. But you will have the opportunity to speak at least 4/5 times a night. You can come along to see what we're doing and take part if you like. In this group harmony singing workshop we will sing songs and chants from around the world which celebrate our connection with and belonging to the natural world. Though we have been a destructive force on this planet, we humans also know how to be stewards of the land. Singing in harmony helps us to reconnect to our sense of togetherness and belonging and helps us tune in to our connection to the rest of the living world. This year's Eurovision Song Contest is being held in Vienna, Austria, and the finals are scheduled for 16 May 2026. The [Scandinavian Club of Columbus](https://www.scandiclub.com/) will be co-hosting a viewing party for the final event in conjunction with Germania and the [Columbus Maennerchor](https://www.maennerchor.com/). The delayed televised viewing will take place at the Germania. The program will start around 2:00 p.m. and the singing will **start around 3:00 p.m**. There will be a **cash bar**, and those in attendance can **bring food or snacks** for themselves and or to share with the groups. **Suggested donation: $10/person** to help cover the cost of the venue.
