This event is perfect for adults looking to enhance their self-defense techniques, improve fitness, and learn this unique Korean German Martial Arts. Whether you are a newbie or have experience in MMA Mixed Martial Arts or Weapon fighting Styles like FMA, this training will offer valuable insights and practical training exercises to bring your skills to another level. Get ready to boost your confidence, strength, and agility while embracing the physical and mental challenges of this martial arts training and enjoy this fantastic opportunity to make new friends within the community of like-minded individuals who share a passion for martial arts. We are not a huge group and like to train in a nice atmosphere with each other. Everybody is welcome weather you are a total beginner or experienced martial artist, weather your are top fit or you want to be it. We are starting a series of track sessions with Ruth and Victoria as a part of training for the upcoming Oberelbe race in Dresden. Starting from March, 4, we’ll gather at the Track of Volkspark Rehberge at 18:30 for a group training. **In Association With the Berlin Portrait Academy and PAKD Gallery / PAKD Art Lab** * **www.berlinportraitacademy.com** * **www.pakd-gallery.com/artlab** * **Cost: 15 Euros** A regular opportunity to study the nude or portrait from life for 3 hours, every single week! We have one long pose - you can choose whether to draw several studies from different angles around the room, or take your time to do a single sustained drawing or painting in full detail. The pose is held for 20 minute intervals with five minute breaks in-between so the model to rest and stretch, and so artists can move between seats if they choose. We provide some materials such as paper, pencils & pastels for free. Canvases, brushes and acrylic paint can be purchased at the event. We hope to see you there very soon!

Our pace is typically 5:30 to 6:00 min/km. I’m organising a coworking + socialising session for all of us who are working on projects (e.g. our own creations, freelance or remote work) but don't feel like sitting alone at home. 🙂 To ensure that we have time for both socialising AND working, we will be using the so-called “Pomodoro” technique: **50 mins deep work** (silent), followed by **10 mins break** to socialise. And then repeat! You are welcome to join whatever your personal background is, and whatever project you are working on. I (the host) speak English and German, so either language is fine. ——————————————————- AGENDA: * **Short Intro** Tell us who you are and share something about what you will be working on today * **Pomodoro Session** \- 3x \(3h\) Each Pomodoro session consists of 50 mins focused “deep work” (no talking, no interruptions, **phones on silent mode**) -> then 10 mins break: a chance to share your progress with others -> Repeat * **15 mins Wrap Up** Celebrate what you achieved and get to know others 😊 ———— The location is **Espresso House near Checkpoint Charlie** (they have multiple outlets - so be sure to go to the correct one!) Wifi + power plugs are available - but best to bring a fully charged laptop, just in case 🙃 You **do not** have to pay anything. But since we are using the café space, it is common courtesy to buy at least one drink (coffee costs roughly **4 Euros**).

Our grandmaster Kang, Shin-Gyu is a student of famous grandmaster Kwon, Jae-Hwa, so that we can learn from the originals. Sounds sophisticated? It is - and also a lot of fun! Most of us are between 20 an 30 years old, half of them male and half female. But we welcome anybody any age! As a beginner you need nothing more than some comfortable sportswear. See you in Class!

This is a free, in-person meeting on the subject of betrayals, losses and how to get over them so you can build lasting relationships. Burdened by a stressful relationship? Unhealthy relationships can trigger feelings of anger, despair or self-doubt. They can create dwindling spirals of fights and seeking to make-up, or trying to “pin the blame” on someone or something. If you don’t find the RIGHT reasons, or select the correct sources of the problem, the problem can just get worse and worse. Whether in love or personal ties, with friends or at work, our life really IS affected by the quality of our relationships. Good ones can promote pleasure and survival while less optimum ones can lead to annoyance, anger, self-doubt, stress, or even affect our health and ability to survive well. Whether you are suffering from a divorce, or a painful break-up, don’t know who to trust (or who to CHOOSE) as a partner, friend, boss or employee - the anxiety of relationship troubles can really make a mess of things. Dwindling relationships can involve destructive behavior, where we hurt those we love, or start succumbing to self-destructive thoughts, attitudes or behaviors that spiral out of control and affect much more than our immediate relationship. Past losses in love or life can affect how we act or react to new people and situations and hold us back from even starting to create new, possibly great relationships!
