As the venue hosts us for free, we kindly ask that you support the bar by purchasing a drink or two. ​A Note on Parking: The car park directly outside is convenient but strictly monitored, so please double-check the rates to avoid a €125 unclamping fee! Centro Cultural Capoeira Água de Beber (CECAB) – Capoeira Água de Beber Cultural Centre – is a non-profit organization, founded officially in January 2002. Its pivot activity is Capoeira (classes, rodas, workshops, public presentations, cultural events, performances), however it aggregates other cultural manifestations as: samba de roda, maculelê, frevo, ciranda, dança do coco, dança afro, puxada de rede, craftworks workshops of making and playing music instruments, video projections, movies, lectures about relevant cultural topics and matters related to enforcement of citizenship. We’ll continue sharing songs, bands, sounds, and textures we love to help shape our collective dream pop / synth wave direction 🎶 As well as that, anyone that has any original material of their own is encouraged to bring it along - that could be a chord progression, a synth patch, a guitar riff, a bass groove, or even a vocal melody - something simple that captures your vibe. No pressure, no perfection needed - just a starting point. The goal is to build from these fragments, inspire each other, and slowly piece together our own signature sound 🔊 We'll also need lyrics for any tunes we come up with so if anyone has any they'd like to use feel free to bring them, or indeed write some on the way 😎 Expect good chats, creative energy, and plenty of shimmering, reverb-soaked inspiration.
