Join us for Galentines Day/ pre Lunar New Year get together at one of DCs hottest new restaurants! We’ll be convening in their bar area known as the ‘lucky bar’ (just look for Chrystalle). And they’re extending their happy hour for our group until 8pm. AND the first dozen attendees will get a special Lunar New Year treat. 😏 They boast an elevated Chinese American menu, the only public Mahjong bar in DC, and have recently been receiving some well deserved flowers from publications like EaterDC & The Washingtonian. Their beer menu may be smaller, but it is *nothing* to sneeze at either (thoughtfully curated by our friend Alyssa). Closest metro stop is Archives- Navy Memorial, just a block away. **Enjoy the outdoors? Like having fun and meeting new people of all ages? Then come to the annual Ski Dance weekend held in the Laurel Highlands region of western Pennsylvania. SkiDance is a volunteer-led activity sponsored by Sierra Club Potomac Region Outings (SCPRO).** **Not sure how to cross country ski - no worries, free ski instruction is provided for beginners! Do you have two left feet and are not sure how to folk dance? Not a problem - we have two fabulous callers Janine Smith (contras) and Tom Spilsbury (English) leading our dances and they will have you moving to the music provided by the incredible Dave Wiesler and Mat Clark. Come to the Silver Spring library to play games some chronically ill friends! Members are adults who suffer from conditions including POTS, ME/CFS, long covid, MCAS, rheumatoid arthritis, Ehlers Danlos, multiple sclerosis, ulcerative colitis, autoimmune kidney disease, and more. 
We'll have some board games available to play, and feel free to bring some of your own favorites. We'll also have coloring supplies on hand if you prefer to just relax or socialize.
