Seitai free group session
Come join us for a gentle yet powerful Seitai group practice ā a space where silence, breath, and spontaneous movement meet. This is a donation-based event, so youāre free to contribute what feels right (from 0⬠to (your choice)ā¬).
⨠What is Seitai?
Seitai (ę“ä½) is a Japanese practice that helps you reconnect with your bodyās innate intelligence. Through subtle awareness and guided techniques, youāll be invited to:
Listen deeply to your body through Yuki (a meditative, hands-on practice of sensing and following the breath).
Release hidden tension with Katsugen ā allowing involuntary, spontaneous movements to arise naturally.
Find balance in stillness and movement, letting your body recalibrate itself in surprising ways.
Seitai is not about control or forcing; itās about giving voice to the movements your body has been waiting to express. Sometimes this brings ease, clarity, and lightness. Sometimes it stirs up dizziness, discomfort, or emotions. Every experience is valid ā and you are always free to pause or leave at any time.
š Why join?
Discover a practice that many find deeply transformative.
Create space for release, renewal, and vitality.
Explore in community, whether youāre a curious first-timer or already familiar with Seitai.
š Practical details
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a towel and water to stay hydrated.
Bring openness and curiosity.
Watchers are welcome ā you can simply observe, or dive into active practice.
The session is guided, but the real teacher is your own body.

Everyone is welcome, whether you are completely new or already familiar with Seitai. Bring comfortable clothes and an open mind.
š° This event is donation-based, supporting the space and allowing us to keep offering it. Private one-to-one sessions are also available at an affordable price.
šæ Step into silence, breath, and spontaneous movement ā your body knows the way.

Deutsch
⨠Was ist Seitai?

Sunday Cycle: Caputh Beer Garden & Swim
**Meet Point:** [Luftschloss Tempelhofer Feld](https://www.bing.com/alink/link?url=https%3a%2f%2fluftschloss-tempelhoferfeld.de%2f&source=serp-local&h=GJQ9V%2fiqL4FpyRsnbIo1%2b55xvEBSBtGWD%2b9ON71floY%3d&p=lw_magsmlt&ig=06366049907145DF8D45D47C15A7C207&ypid=YN636B5DA575E63775)
**Start Time:** 11am
**Distance:** 75 km
**Pace:** About 20 km per hour (moderate pace)
Beautiful forecast for this Sunday. Time for a - well overdue - start to the 26 cycling season.
Kick off with a standard loop down to the beautiful lakes of Potsdam, Werder. Stopping at my favourite beer gardens for a late lunch and swim for those who want to. If the mood is right we might even catch a band at the Weder Bluten Fest as we loop back to Potsdam station.
We will meet on Templehof, head out down the Teltopw canal towards Potsdam, then down to the lunch stop near Caputh. Plenty of opportunities to drop and get the train home for those who need to be home early or don't want to cycle so far.
**The Cycling**
We are a not a racing bike group, but the pace is reasonable. Expect between 18 and 22 km per hour depending on who comes on the day.
Bring a good bike (doesnāt have to be special just in good order. All sports bikes can take part from tour bike, racers to mountain bikes. Heavy 3 speed city bikes would not be appropriate however).
**What to Bring**
Bring swim stuff, suncream, spare inner tube for your tyre size, cash, waterproofs
SNACKS
**The Route**
See you there

Tea, Meditation & Community Dharma Talks in Tiergarten
This Saturday weāll meet in Tiergarten for another simple outdoor meditation session with Chinese tea, quiet practice, and a new community element: short dharma-talk-style sharing.
The structure will be familiar:
* Chinese tea and a short intro
* 20 min metta
* 20 min samatha / calm concentration
* A community dharma talk
* 20 min vipassana / open awareness
* More tea and informal exchange
The community dharma talk idea is inspired by how talks are sometimes done in Zen schools: a student gives a short speech about everyday life, how they came to practice, how meditation has affected them, and maybe one small nugget of wisdom they have discovered along the way.
Of course, none of us are here as teachers or authorities. The spirit is simply to share honestly from our own experience: practice in real life, with real problems, real changes, real doubts, and maybe a little clarity.
**When:** Saturday, May 2, 1 PM
**Where:** Tiergarten park (see pin)
**Bring:** something to sit on, comfortable clothes, and optionally your own tea cup
Beginners are very welcome. Come for the tea, the practice, the park, or just to sit quietly with others.
Please join our [Telegram group](https://t.me/+mNcEV0--Rho0OTgy).
