Meetup Location: Subway users and Drivers We will be meeting at the Main entrance of High Park, located at the intersection of Bloor st and High Park ave. Look for the Meetup crowd with a Meetup sign. Get off of High Park Subway station (West end) and walk to the High park entrance, it's a 2-minutes walk. Drivers: If you're driving from home please come at least by 1:00pm to look for parking, then walk to the main entrance at High Park on the corner of Bloor St. and High Park Ave and wait for us on the Westside (Toward Kipling). look for a Meetup sign or a large group. Note: Do NOT look for parking inside High Park, park your car outside of the high park. You'll never find parking inside High Park on this day. High Park Main Entrance (Bloor St. and High Park ave.) Event information: Let's get together under the cherry blossom in High Park for some Go and drink some sake. This will be an outdoor event. Bring your own drinks and snacks.

This session focuses on practicing one key shot (forehand, backhand, volley, or overhead) and doubles drill. Please bring your own water and any extra clothing you may need. For a short window each year, the park fills with soft pink blooms, drawing people from all over the city. It’s vibrant, a little chaotic, and completely worth it. The cherry trees were originally gifted in 1959 by the citizens of Tokyo through Ambassador Toru-Hagiwara, symbolizing friendship and appreciation. Many were planted along the hillside near Grenadier Pond — and today, they’ve become one of Toronto’s most anticipated seasonal moments. This is not a formal tour. Welcome to the Sunday meetup for Toronto Heavy Boardgamers @ Face-to-Face Games! The purpose of this event is to meet up to play heavier / longer board games, and have fun while doing it!
