Aiming to tap your own Prana/Vital force/ life energy to heal yourself and enhance the immunity, this is the class for you!! This class will introduce you to different Pranayama (breathing exercise) and Meditation Techniques and will involve a practice of all these techniques coupled with gentle asana/posture practice. Prana is the vital energy needed by physical and subtle layers on our body. It is the Prana or life force in us that nourishes the mind and keeps the body alive. Pranayama means working in the dimension of Prana and is an integral part of a developing yoga practice. In addition to supporting and deepening your Yoga asana practice, learning ways to calm or invigorate the body through breathing will greatly benefit all aspects of your life. Prior practice of Yoga asana/posture is recommended.

Nous revoilà pour un nouvel événement d’échange de Langue Franco-Coréen :
* Le Dimanche 1er Mars à « Les Berthom » : 35 Boulevard Voltaire, 75011 Paris à 18H00, avec une participation à 10€ (11€ par carte). Station République(Métro 3, 5, 8, 9, 11)/Oberkampf(Métro 5, 9).
Votre première boisson est inclue dans les frais de participation !
L’entrée au bar se fait à partir de 17H50.
Le lieu étant un bar, l’événement n’accueille pas de mineur non accompagné !
Le concept de l’événement est celui qui suit :
* L'événement durera toute la soirée. Des tables de à 4 à 8 personnes seront composées, avec au minimum 2 Français et 2 Coréens par table. Pendant toute la soirée, je me permettrait de changer des personnes de tables après un certain temps (30-45 minutes) afin que vous ne soyez pas toujours avec les mêmes personnes !
L’événement a un but d’échange de langue et culturel, en y ajoutant un côté social ! Ce n’est pas un speed-dating. ^^

**이벤트 구성**
* 전체 프로그램은 2시간 동안 진행되며, **30분씩 총 4세션**으로 나뉘어 있어요.
* 한 테이블은 4-8명으로 구성되며, 프랑스인과 한국인이 함께 앉습니다.
* 각 세션은 **프랑스어 15분 + 한국어 15분**으로 진행됩니다.
* 30분이 끝날 때마다 자리를 바꿔 새로운 사람들과 대화 가능합니다. (따라서 한 번의 이벤트에서 최소 9\~12명의 새로운 사람들을 만나게 돼요!)
이 이벤트의 목적은 **언어/문화 교류와 친목에** 있으며 스피드 데이팅 이벤트가 아닌 부분은 엄격하게 지켜질 예정입니다! ^^

On se retrouve tous les dimanches à 11h45 pour un cours de yoga vinyasa (dynamique) tous niveaux @ Satya Yoga, assez tard pour faire la grasse mat' et assez tôt pour profiter de sa journée !
Une heure quinze pour bouger, respirer, se recentrer et relâcher les tensions :)
Amenez une tenue confortable & souple (legging, bas de survet, débardeur...) .
Au programme: échauffement, exercices de respiration (Pranayama), postures (Asanas), focus sur une posture avancée, méditation et relaxation (Savasana).
A dispo sur place: tapis, blocs, sangles, bolsters, couvertures

★ Le yoga Vinyasa c'est quoi? Vinyasa est un terme Sanskrit qui signifie synchronisation du mouvement sur la respiration. Il est composé de deux racines : « nyasa » qui signifie « placer » et « vi » qui signifie « d'une manière spécifique ». On définit donc le yoga Vinyasa comme un enchaînement de mouvements dynamiques, initié et harmonisé par la respiration. Le yoga vinyasa est issu du yoga Ashtanga, qui lui consiste à exécuter une série de postures dans un ordre bien précis. À la différence de l'Ashtanga, le yoga Vinyasa est plus libre et créatif : il n'impose aucune série de mesures. Les enchaînements sont le fruit de l'expérience acquise par l'enseignant et sont adaptables aux besoins de chacun.

Wednesday Night Meditation Practice
Join us on Wednesday nights at 7pm for two 25 minute quiet meditations, with one short walking meditation in between. There will be a brief and informal conversation afterward.
Stay for as long as you like and feel free to bring or share whatever is on your mind.
