Challenges are an inevitable part of life, but we can experience them in very different ways. Some of us withdraw, some of us fight, some feel stuck in resistance. But in this session we explore how to discover ease amidst these challenges and take our life in a beautiful direction.

This group is dedicated to **Conscious Connected Breathwork**, a powerful somatic practice for deep emotional release (nervous system release). Intense states of awareness are possible.
Through **conscious, connected breathing**, rhythmic music, and guided facilitation, participants are invited to access deeper layers of awareness, release stored stress and emotions, and reconnect with their inner resources.
There are **no substances involved**. The work is grounded, body-based, and trauma-aware.

**Meditation â One Hour of Presence (All levels) by STUDIO B (https://www.studio-bewusstseinserfahrungen.de/)**
This one-hour meditation session is suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
We begin with a short and gentle breathwork exercise to regulate the body, calm the nervous system, and bring attention inward. This prepares the transition into meditation.
This is followed by a 15â20 minute introduction to the meditation practice. During this phase, I explain the core principles of meditation and assign each participant a personal meditation task, tailored to their individual level of experience. The intention of this part is to create clarity, inner orientation, and a sense of safety for the silent practice.
We then enter a first phase of silent meditation.
After approximately 15â20 minutes, the silence is intentionally interrupted by a short walking meditation. This is not a break, but a conscious transition that integrates the body, releases restlessness, and deepens presence.
Afterwards, we return to silent meditation. Each participant practices independently with their personal instruction, within a calm and supportive space.
This session invites you to cultivate presence, quiet the mind, and either deepen an existing meditation practice or begin one in a grounded and accessible way.

Mediumship Development Circle & Practice
Leigh Ann has trained with both local and world renowned mediums from across the globe to develop both her psychic and evidential mediumship skills. Sharing her knowledge and gifts with others completes her. All teaching, counseling, and healing is shared with love and light, and for the highest and purest good.
This beginner mediumship development and practice circle meets every 2 weeks and is open to anyone who is able to exhibit some form of prior mediumship training or instruction (such as a class or a workshop) or shows the ability to connect to Spirit. All Sahaja Yoga meditation events, classes, and workshops are offered free of cost and are open to all. Just as one cannot pay nature to sprout a seed, in the same way, Sahaja Yoga is a living process that cannot be paid for.
**What should I wear?**
We do not have a dress code, but recommend any decent, comfortable wear or smart casual wear.
**What do you typically do at a workshop or event?**
Our events are varied and diverse ranging from music and meditation to cultural and spiritual exhibitions and other creative explorations. We offer meditation at all our events. Depending on the event, our workshop focuses on a particular topic and then we provide guided meditation and offer simple techniques to maintain balance. These techniques may include the use of elements such as water and light that make the meditative experience very enjoyable. We also have time for questions and individual queries and teach how to meditate at home at each workshop..
**Do I need to bring anything?**
No, youâre fine. Just walk in and enjoy the event!
