Hello Everybody! Join us this Saturday at 11 AM at the Fairfax Wegmans as we continue our Bible study and discussions. Recently, we've been studying the "types" (patterns or pictures) of Jesus in the Old Testament in chronological order starting with creation. We will go all the way to David as a type of Jesus the King. As anyone who's attended before knows, we have open discussions. Our goal is always to grow in our love, knowledge, and relationship with Jesus and to have fellowship. Whether you just feel inflexible, are recuperating from an injury or procedure, or live with a chronic condition this class will meet you where you are and offer just the right postures to cultivate a greater sense of openness in your mind, body, and spirit. Each posture is held for 3-5 minutes with support from props like blocks, bolsters, blankets, and more. You'll also learn visualization, meditation, and breath practices that will help you find more comfort in your discomfort on and off the mat.

This is an absolute beginner Salsa group class. It is specifically designed for those with no prior experience in Salsa and participations does not require having a partner. A game development **Working Session** involves 3 key parts: 1. Tell people what you're going to do 2. Actually do stuff 3. Show people what you did **What to bring**: Laptop, Charger, maybe a power strip if you have one handy, any other game development tools you need. Try to download any software you need before the working session. There is Wifi at this location, but it may be slow if you have to download any large files.

Hey Poetry Lovers! This group is on a roll. Here’s the gist: We meet at the **Capital One Café in Chinatown** from **12pm - 2pm** every other week. For enrichment, we start by reading and reflecting on a **“published poem”**, suggested by someone in the group. No advance preparation is necessary.
