Summer's here, so it's time for us to shine brighter than a supernova! Let's go back and play some Pour House Trivia at Crystal City Sports Pub! CCSP is a classic sports bar with a nice menu of pub fare. The game is held on the \*third floor\* of the venue, where all the trivia players will be! There should be parking in the surrounding neighborhood, and the venue is also accessible by bus and Metrorail. Note that this game starts at 7:30 pm, so please arrive by 7:15 to find us and get situated. Hope to see you there!

After hosting successful events, I always think that we could have done better and relate it to our day to day life and make it educational. In this connection, I wanted to show off my investment and trade hat and organize series of Happy Hours around Investment & Trade. We will have speakers from different sectors and industries, at each Happy Hour. At this particular event, the speakers will discuss retirement savings with an overview of annuities and how they can be used in retirement. Topics will include: * Today’s retirement savings challenges and approaches * Sources of income in retirement * Annuities and how they can be utilized for retirement savings and income • RSVP is required. First place again last week... but it was a nail-biter. Come help us out this Wednesday at Kook Dogg, as we go for an improbable 3 in a row. Kook Doog is a restaurant atmosphere with a pleasant atmosphere and an interesting menu. Parking is free (for three hours), although you will get a ticket at the gate. The game starts at 7 but try to be there by 6:45 to pick categories. We’ll be getting in around 6:30, and anyone is welcome to join. We do tend to leave when the game finishes, but no one else has to. Team size is limited, so sign up only if you can make it – and please remember to cancel as soon as possible If something changes. This week is national unplayed games week, so we encourage you to break out those shrink-wrapped games you bought on a whim but haven't had a chance to try yet. Do your best to learn the game ahead of time to facilitate the process! let's get those dusty ones to the table! The Forge does have a full bar and kitchen. There is no cover charge but they do request all attendees to purchase a minimum of ~20 per person. Soft drink refills are 1 each. Please support our hosts so we can continue to provide great events for the group! The Forge has a large library of games available for us to enjoy. Hosts and regulars will also provide numerous popular games but please bring any games you would like to teach and/or play. Doors open at 6, and we expect gaming to be rolling by around 630. Please promptly end your games and clear out the space at 10pm when the bar closes. We encourage socializing but do not permit disruptive behavior of any kind.
