From the Pelton Arms' own blurb: "Do you know your Abba through Zappa? Your Aswad from your elbow? If you do, come along to our monthly pop quiz. The quiz takes place on the first Thursday of every month at 7.30pm from an 8pm prompt start pop pickers!" A table has been booked for six people. A few of us have done this quiz before and it's always been fun. There is a £2 per person charge, payable in cash only.

The Forge does have a full bar and kitchen. There is no cover charge but they do request all attendees to purchase a minimum of ~$20 per person. Soft drink refills are $1 each.
