Hey everybody! Want to see a horror film involving a wish gone awry? If so, join me at the Alamo Drafthouse in Crystal City on May 16th for a 4:30 pm screening of “Obsession”. I’ll be sitting in Row 5, Seat 5 in Theater 6. I’ll be sitting in the Departures bar and lounge roughly 45 minutes before the screening if anyone wants to come by and chat beforehand.

We will be playing Moon Colony Bloodbath with up to 8 players. All experience levels welcome. Expect the game teach to start promptly within the first 10 minutes. In Moon Colony Bloodbath players develop cities on the moon! Moon Colony Bloodbath is an engine-building, engine-losing tableau game, with a shared deck the players build that makes things happen, many of them bad things that kill people in your moon colony, but some positive, and some that let you build up. The game lasts until one player's moon colony has no people remaining, or until the players reach the bottom of the event deck. At that point, the player with the most survivors wins. More profoundly, even when you think hard, your sense of what counts as good thinking—as well as what sounds like you—will shift to match what AI has been feeding you. Doors open early on Saturday Mornings at 10am and around 4pm on Fridays if you are interested in learning new / simpler games ... or new to the hobby or just want to check us out come in early just after noon and we will show you around before the crowd grows. Stay for a game or two, an hour or two or for the day! Your first visit is free and after that it's $5 a meeting or you can join for the year! It's Your Move
