Join us for a trail run/jog/walk! Note this is Easter Monday, a public holiday in Denmark and therefore we start already at 14:30h We encourage you to wear Easter / Springtime costumes. Feel free to join the silly pack. Only for this special occation there will also be Easter activities. We are not a typical running club, so please read about the concept in “about us”. How it works: we don’t know in advance where the trail will go, but we know it will be fun! A member of the club, the 'hare', sets a trail, usually marked with flour. The rest of us, the 'pack', follows the hare's 'scent', i.e., the marks. There will be a 8-10 km trail for runners with shortcuts down to 5-6 km for walkers and those who need a slower pace. We have no set pace - run/walk as slow or as fast as you'd like. After the run we enjoy some refreshments and socialize. Come a few minutes before the start so that you can say hi and leave your bag in a designated bag car before we set off at 14:30. Don’t worry if there are few registrations on Meetup. We have existed for 44 years, and a lot of our members (anywhere from 20 to 50 people) just show up. Four-legged friends are welcome! We never cancel. See you there!

Join a calming and creative workshop where we work with pure, natural beeswax. Over 2.5–3 hours, participants will make several types of candles – free-standing rolled candles, hand-dipped tapers, and poured tealights. **Hi everyone** I’m David, and I’d love to start a social bouldering club for anyone who wants to climb, hang out, and meet new people! I’ve been climbing for about 1.5 years, so I’m still in my learning phase, but I’m more than happy to help beginners get started and share the basics with anyone who’s new. I will arrange a meetup climbing event every 2nd week or once a month, at different climbing gyms around the city. This is going to be the first event on a week day. Let's go on a beautiful, easy day hike along one of the most dramatic and historically fascinating coastlines in all of Denmark, Stevns Klint. No big elevation, no rush, just white chalk cliffs, 65-million-year-old fossils, a medieval church teetering on the edge of a cliff, and the Baltic Sea stretching out in front of us the whole way. It's the kind of walk where you stop every ten minutes just to stare... Meeting point: Store Heddinge Station at 10:30. We are a group of people meeting on Tuesdays to socialize around cooking and eating together. Usually around 40-50 people. Many are international students, but also other people join. The foodclub exist independent of Meetup, we invite you because we have room for a few more people. The food is vegan and made from donated leftover veggies from a local greengrocery. The place has originally hosted leftwing activist groups, and many of the people joining are also involved in political groups. If you want to join for chopping and cooking, we will be doing that from 3 to 6 pm. It is possible to join part of the time. From 6:30 to 8pm we are serving food. Donation around 30 kroner. Set it to fabulous, high energy, live music with fiddles, guitars, percussion and more, alá “Riverdance.” Finally, set the whole scene down in the middle of Woodstock, with a hip, groovy atmosphere, a bit of tie-dye, and hints of counter-culture attitude. The Humanist Monthly Program is our longest running event and still a community favorite. In the old days it used to be called "Going to HCCO" and we still like to think of it as our flagship event.
