The class will focus on Hatha Yoga. Gradually and together we will build on strength and flexibility. I will also focus on mindfulness while incorporating elements of breath work. Each class will start off with some breathing ( to normalise the breathing rate ) and loosening exercises ( to remove lethargy ). We will then transit to Sun Salutations, Asanas flow and finally cooling off with relaxation. Beginners are welcome to join as I will provide different variations for each Asana. If you have had any recent injuries or surgeries, please share privately before the class and I can modify the asanas for you. Please arrive 10 minutes before with your own yoga mat, face towel and water. Fees Structure: 1) 4 sessions - $80 2) 8 sessions - $150 3) Drop in - $25/class I accept payment by Paynow.

I'm creating a club open to anyone that's ever tried reading more than a page in a book and hasn't done so because of modern media induced ADHD. **The idea is to meet , each person read a page or more from their own book and everyone talk about it** . I mean just talk like normal human beings used to . I miss the days when I had real human beings for company and we could talk freely . **All you need to become a part of this group is to be a human being that craves company , coffee and laughter!** There is no preparation required , you don't need to finish a book to come over , just pick one that you've always wanted to read or may be even pick one from my collection !
