*This course is a pre-requisite for all other trips we are holding on this group. Please ensure you have taken a Kayak Essentials course before booking onto our other day trips.* **What to expect** Kayak Essentials is an introductory session for people who are complete beginners or fairly new to kayaking. -We will begin with learning the essential knowledge about our boat and equipment. -We will also learn and practice simple strokes, how to enter and exit the kayak and how to cope with a capsize or emergency. -It will be a bite-sized 2 hour intro course and you will get wet! -The pricing of this course is **300 HKD** for the hire of equipment & coach/ leader used in this training session. **Please pay us by FPS or Payme (to us at info@ateamedventures.com ) or deposit your payment, to our HSBC ac 652-093394001.** **Please use booking reference:** **“KMU+ your name+activity date I.e. “KMU Andy 23-6-26” and share a screenshot of the transaction for our records.** **If you are paying for several people, please name each of them so we know who you are covering!** -**Please also bring the following** - - * Sturdy closed-toed shoes - That can get wet that will be worn at all times throughout the training session (Crocs DO NOT qualify.
