Komm mit, wenn wir Beweglichkeit, Kraft und mentale Stärke trainieren - ob absoluter Neuling oder Kletter-Profi, alle sind herzlich willkommen. Nach einem lockeren Warm-up knöpfen wir uns für 2 bis 3 Stunden die Wände vor (aufteilen nach Erfahrungslevel). Danach haben wir uns eine kulinarische Stärkung im Bistro verdient, bei der wir uns gemütlich über das Thema "(Höhen-)angst vs. Leichtsinn" austauschen. Wer danach noch Kraft in den Fingern hat, kann gerne zurück an die Wand und weiter an sein Limit gehen! **Join me for a beautiful run alongside the Werenbach.** Start in front of the Opera, run until "Zollikerberg, Trichtenhausermühle" and back. The track is around 5K one way, has just under 200m elevation and can be run – go and back – in a little bit over an hour... at least that's how long it takes me. Sundays, 2pm-3pm. Trial class: CHF 20 Drop-in: CHF 35 "I'll never be able to handstand". You kick at the wall but see no progress. Your wrists hurt. You don't know how to improve... Handstands are a skill, and when you train them as such, they begin to click in a way that feels almost magical. Once we reach the ridge, we make a detour to a lookout point from which we can see Lake Zug. We then hike along the well-maintained path along the ridge for some time until we reach Albishorn. Once there, we slowly and steadily descend back towards the starting point.
