Buenas! (English below) Cada día aparecen formas nuevas de aprender español, (y otros idiomas) apps nuevas, métodos de gramática, IA, videos de profes explicando cosas, y están todas genial. Si te ayudan a entender más y a hablar mejor están genial. El plan de este grupo es mejorar tu español con juegos, actividades reales y ejercicios para hablar más. Con la excusa de los juegos y las actividades corregimos la mayoría de errores: Palabras difíciles, confundir pasados, preposiciones, verbos que significan muchas cosas, ser y estar en pasado, frases con dos verbos o mas, subjuntivo, expresiones coloquiales, y también los errores "culturales”: ¿De que forma usamos los españoles el idioma en diferentes situaciones? La gente que participa es (casi siempre) muy simpática, y normalmente deja reviews muy positivas de las clases. Si te cuadra el plan ven a practicar tu español y hablamos de comida, de viajes, de trabajo, de cultura, de Internet, de temas locales, de noticias y de muchas más cosas. If they help you to understand more and to speak better, they are great. The main plan in this group is to improve your Spanish with games, real activities and exercises to speak more. All the games and activities are a good excuse to correct the most difficult/ frequent mistakes: Difficult words, confusing past tenses, prepositions, verbs that mean many things, ser and estar in the past, sentences with two or more verbs, subjuntive, colloquial expressions, and also “cultural" mistakes: How we, Spanish people, use the language in different situations? People participating are (almost always) very nice, and usually leave very positive reviews of the classes. If the plan fits you, come to practice your Spanish and we'll talk about food, travel, work, culture, Internet, local issues, business, news and many more things. While the tone is jovial and the fun is in playing caricatures of teens from 90s dramas, there are some subjects that can potentially be upsetting. En la evaluación de resultados de analíticas de sangre y orina se comprueba habitualmente que el valor obtenido se encuentre dentro del “margen o rango admisible” que aparece al lado. Si este es el caso se da como bueno. Sin embargo, conviene conocer y se expondrán una serie de conceptos a tener en cuenta por parte del médico evaluador o del propio paciente, si este quiere asumir un cierto grado de responsabilidad de su propia salud, a fin de obtener del análisis una información más útil para un diagnóstico más certero y en consecuencia, poder adoptar medidas mitigadoras de las disfunciones con una nutrición adecuada, cuidando las emociones, etc. Estos son básicamente: -Criterios empleados habitualmente para determinar el “rango de laboratorio o admisible” y sus puntos débiles, y los empleados para determinar el “rango óptimo” que es el que debería tomarse como base para el diagnóstico. -Criterio de selectividad en la evaluación de los biomarcadores. En algunos de ellos, más que el valor hallado puntualmente proporciona más información la tendencia observada en una secuencia de análisis (gradiente). **People Analytics 101: Making Sense of Compensation Data** Compensation data is one of the most widely used and widely misunderstood forms of people analytics. The session will cover where compensation data comes from, including market pricing data, internal payroll data, and benchmarking sources, and how companies think about structuring and analyzing that information. We will explore how compensation data is leveraged to set salary ranges, manage internal equity, support hiring and retention, and align pay with business strategy. A portion of the session will address common data challenges and limitations, such as market noise, inconsistent job matching, and incomplete datasets, while keeping the primary focus on practical use rather than technical depth. The session will also look ahead at where the space is going, including the growing impact of pay transparency laws, expanding pay equity requirements, and emerging regulations in the US and Europe that require organizations to report on gender and pay gaps. The goal is to give attendees a clear mental model for how compensation analytics works today and why getting it right is becoming increasingly critical.
