Morning Gentle Flow Yoga (Livestreaming)
Flow class is a style of yoga that is moving from one posture to another posture in synchronizing with our breath. The class will begin with gentler movements to warm up the body, then move into progressively more challenging flowing sequences. Flow Yoga These may include standing poses, balances, inversions, and peak poses.
Then the class will end with slower, deeper stretches, and often floor-based yoga poses. Classes will be conducted via Zoom

Aikido Group Class (All Levels)
Aikido provides the Practitioners with knowledge and skills that will enable them to defend themselves against an opponent of superior size and strength through the use of smooth, fluid and circular movements. It emphasises blending with an opponent’s force rather than meeting it head on. Through the practice of Aikido, individuals can develop character qualities and values such as self-confidence, discipline, respect, and a sense of care and concern for one another.
The class also aims to help Practitioners to better manage stress, violence or even work-related issues with a calm, peaceful and a more harmonious approach/mind-set. Thus, the benefits of Aikido go beyond merely physical fitness and can contribute towards the overall development of an individual.

The method flow is: how to record, build up your reading list, analysis and learn yourself better. It requires assistance with computer and AI as well. So you can bring your laptop or a paper notebook to record the key steps.
MeetUp sharing is like half workshop, maybe i talk a little more depending on how well you have prepared.
This Meetup sharing will be in series, but there is not only Meetup. The regular gathering is casual and flexible as the calendar shows.
