Pas analysé. Pas “géré”. Mais réellement traversé. Cette expérience fait partie d’un week-end immersif pensé comme une mini retraite urbaine de Pentecôte. Deux soirées. Deux passages. Un voyage. Le dimanche ouvre le corps. Le lundi ouvre la vérité. Les stratégies fatiguent. Les protections craquent. Le corps demande plus de vérité. Les émotions retenues cherchent une sortie. Comme si une ancienne identité ne pouvait plus continuer exactement de la même manière. Ce climat soutient profondément : la révélation, la vérité émotionnelle, la libération des schémas inconscients, et le retour à quelque chose de plus vivant. Cette soirée est née de cet endroit. Un espace pour laisser émerger : ce qui a été retenu, évité, contrôlé, ou enfoui trop longtemps. ### **\-\-\-\-\-\-** ### ### ## Une traversée initiatique Ce n’est pas un espace pour “travailler sur soi” mentalement. C’est une expérience incarnée. Un voyage de Shadow Work guidé, où le corps, la respiration, les émotions et la conscience travaillent ensemble. Pas pour supprimer l’ombre. Mais pour permettre à ce qui était inconscient de revenir dans la lumière. Quand la conscience rencontre ce qui était caché, l’énergie recommence à circuler. Pour celles et ceux qui ont déjà fait le travail… mais sentent encore quelque chose les diriger dans l’ombre. Quand comprendre ne suffit plus, le corps doit entrer dans le processus. Parce que beaucoup de schémas ne se dissolvent pas dans l’analyse. Ils se transforment quand ils peuvent : être ressentis, être vus, être traversés, dans un espace suffisamment sûr. ### Le PASS — Le voyage complet ### Cette soirée peut être vécue seule. Mais elle a été pensée comme la seconde porte d’un passage plus grand. Le dimanche : PURE PRÉSENCE Une soirée pour ralentir, revenir dans le corps, déposer les stratégies relationnelles et retrouver une présence simple et vivante. Entre les deux : un dîner collectif, comme une suspension du temps. Le PASS permet de vivre la traversée complète : de la présence… à la transformation. ### **Ophélie Duvillard, Guide spirituelle et somatique.** Ophélie guide des espaces de transformation émotionnelle, somatique et relationnelle. Co-fondatrice de HolyMystic, elle crée depuis plusieurs années des expériences immersives mêlant : shadow work, présence, spiritualité incarnée, travail émotionnel, corps, relation et conscience. Formée au coaching à HEC Paris, elle a exploré à travers le monde différentes approches : spiritualité, travail énergétique, rituels initiatiques, sexualité sacrée et pratiques somatiques. This can be done in game form, like *Whose Line Is It Anyway*, *ComedySportz*, or *Wild 'n Out*; it could also be done to tell stories, like *Middleditch and Schwartz*. Join us for an hour of writing! We’ve discovered that it’s strikingly helpful to write with other writers. See if it’s true for you at 7:00pm on Wednesday, February 11 at Streetlight Guild. Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done. **SCHEDULE:** 6:45ish - Quick introductions 7:00 - Timer starts: write for 1 hour 8:00 - The End **OPTIONAL SOCIALIZING** happens before and after the writing hour. Writing is very solitary. Connecting (and sometimes even commiserating) with other writers is a cool thing. **BEING LATE IS OKAY:** just show up and get settled!
