The "Gay Aprons Only cooking class is back this May. If you are looking for something fun, cheeky, and a little different for your Saturday night? Don’t miss this. This is a playful and social cooking experience designed for gay men who enjoy great food, learning something new, good company, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. We’ll kick off the evening with a glass of bubbles and a selection of antipasti to break the ice. Then, together, we’ll dive into preparing a traditional Italian dish from scratch. This time, you’ll learn how to make *Pasta allo Sparone*, filled with ricotta cheese and wild herbs, a unique recipe from the Abruzzo region — known not only for its bold flavours, but also for its unconventional preparation and presentation. It’s definitely something you won’t forget. The class takes place in a cosy private flat near Victoria Station and is limited to a small group of up to 10 people, keeping things intimate and relaxed.
