While many of us think of yoga as just physical poses, Bhakti Yoga (the yoga of devotion) is **a practice for the heart**, using music and singing to connect. The main technique is Kirtan, or chanting mantras. It’s a **simple but powerful way** to help "control the mind" (which is literally what 'mantra' means!). On the outside, we’re just singing accessible melodies in a call-and-response style with a few Sanskrit words.
