Laughter Yoga has no yoga poses and no jokes — just gentle inspiration to "laugh on purpose" or "laugh for no reason." Laughter brings us the benefits of exercise and even some more — stress relief and a sense of connection. If you don't "feel like laughing," that's when you can often benefit the most! It's a super-healthful (research-backed) practice which is also fun, and you can participate according to your own comfort zone! (you are welcome to get a bit zany, or not at all!)
