An diesem Abend werden aufeinander aufbauende Meditationsmethoden angeleitet, und Du bekommst ein tieferes Verständnis davon was Meditation sein kann, jenseits der Methoden.
Denn: Jede/r kann Meditieren!
Heike oder eine andere erfahrene Meditierende leiten die einzelnen Meditations-Sitzungen so an, dass Du Einblicke in das vielfältige Spektrums der Meditation bekommst, ebenso wie eine tiefere Erfahrung davon, was Meditation für Dich sein kann.
Der Praxisabend ist bereichernd für Fortgeschrittene, ist aber auch sehr gut geeignet für Anfänger*innen.

Vinyasa & Sound
Awaken your body and mind as breath meets movement in a flowing, dynamic practice. Each session combines sequences of postures (asanas) with mindful breathing, building strength, flexibility, and balance. Whether you’re a beginner or have experience, this class will help you: improve mobility and posture, increase core strength and stamina, release tension and stress and connect breath with movement for mindfulness. Expect a thoughtful warm-up, flowing sequences, and a calming cooldown to restore energy.
Sound bowls deepen relaxation in Shavasana with calming, healing vibrations. Step onto your mat, move with your breath, and leave feeling both energised and centred.
This class is held in English. Bring your own mat or use one of ours.

Join us for a **Photo Walk Berlin** to explore the **Goat Yard (Ziegengehege)** and the **Parc** around for some **wildlife photography.**
**All levels of photographers are welcome.** You can bring your camera, smartphone, or any photography equipment you prefer.

1\. We **are not** a WORKSHOP: if you want to learn how to use your camera, feel free to ask questions to the members of the community, but don't expect a full course. We host and organise specific workshops for this matter, we suggest checking our Instagram account for more information.
2\. This **is not** a CITY TOUR. If you are a tourist and you want a full walking tour with a personal guide, we suggest you book one of our private tours. DM us for more info.
**We are** all **VOLUNTEERS**: If you join our activity, you have to follow the guidelines we will share on the WhatsApp group during the event. If there is a member of the community helping or hosting the photo walk, this person is not in charge of giving you personal instructions or looking for you if you get lost. Please follow the guide and be kind and respectful to the other members.

Calm and Clear - Buddhist Meditation in English

The practice of meditation is a simple, yet profound practice that helps us to connect with ourselves and gives us tools to release experiences of distraction, agitation, and stress. In the Buddhist tradition, meditation is more than just a way to end the mind´s distraction - it is what helps us to bring our mind home to its true nature.
What better way to experience the colourful facets of meditation than with a group of like-minded people? Hence our open meditation sessions always have a social element as well - we like to have a tea and share about our meditation experiences, or whatever else we want to explore. Der Sufi-Abend in Berlin lädt die Menschen dazu ein, mehr über den Sufi-Weg des Islam und die Arbeit des Sufi-Zentrum Rabbaniyya zu erfahren. Die Abende werden von Einzelpersonen, Bildungseinrichtungen und Gruppen von Gemeinschaften aus anderen Religionen besucht. Der traditionelle Ablauf mit Sohbet-Ansprache und Dhikr-Meditation wird mit gelegentlichen Themenabenden, Workshops, musikalischen Lesungen und Gastvorträgen bereichert und verleiht so dem Sufi-Abend in Berlin seinen besonderen Reiz.
Geleitet werden die Abende von kompetenten VertreterInnen von Sheikh Eşref Efendi, die auch als Sprecher zu Bildungs- und öffentlichen Institutionen eingeladen werden und an den verschiedenen interreligiösen und interkulturellen Projekten der Stadt Berlin und weltweit teilnehmen.

The Sufi Evening in Berlin invites people to learn more about the Sufi path of Islam and the work of the Sufi Centre Rabbaniyya. The evenings are attended by individuals, educational institutions and groups of communities from other religions. The traditional schedule with Sohbet address and Dhikr meditation is enriched with occasional theme evenings, workshops, musical readings and guest lectures, thus giving the Sufi Evening in Berlin its special charm.
The evenings are led by competent representatives of Sheikh Eşref Efendi, who are also invited to speak at educational and public institutions and participate in the various interfaith and intercultural projects of the city of Berlin and worldwide.
We open our doors at 20:00 and start punctually at 20:15 with the traditional Sufi #Meditation as it has been practiced for centuries. After a short break, we will continue with a #Sohbet, a spiritual conversation, because the Sufi way is conversation with the Sheikh and gathering with community.
