Über Jahre bauen wir Strategien auf, um die Teile von uns zu verbergen, die uns Scham bereiten. Und dann kommt die ständige Angst: *Was, wenn jemand merkt, dass ich nur so tue, als ob?* Kommt dir das bekannt vor? Falls ja, lass uns gemeinsam einen anderen Weg erkunden: **Selbstakzeptanz**.
