Welcome to the Sacred Lounge! An evening of nourishment for the heart and soul in a sacred haven where we can enjoy, express and feast our senses together. We will do practices from a medley of modalities that will include Tantra, Meditation, Breathwork, and Bioenergetics. Occasionally we will spice things up and safely explore more shadow themes of conscious KINK Connecting with a range of feelings present in the body and heart, we will release and move energy where needed so we can access the medicine of pleasure in the body, love in the heart and the boundlessness and interconnectedness of our Spirit. We will always start by tuning in to ourselves and the unique energy of the group on the night. We will learn how to acknowledge and set boundaries for ourselves authentic for each group. From here we can explore connections with others using a variety of guided meditations that invite us on a sensory journey to experience touch, sound, smell, sight and taste. You can participate as much or as little as you feel in each exercise and are always encouraged to honour yourself and your boundaries in the moment. As with all Tribalheart events we will make space to stretch, move and dance. The event is open to all levels of experience in Tantra or other conscious connection groups. We wish to create a space where we can deep dive playfully together, moving through any fears around connection and being seen. This is a clothed event unless otherwise specified but we encourage you to bare your heart and let it shine with an intention and generosity to share your unique self at a level you are comfortable with. Ceremonial grade Cacao will be served, with gentle aphrodisiacs such like Maca, Ashwagandha, and Damiana. Any foods or beverages served for the main rituals will be organic and high quality. Join us for a unique, small gathering of just 12 people for a 90 minute experience in a tea room with a tea ceremony - meditative and beautiful ritual inspired by Tao and Zen. Sitting on the cushions on the floor we will slowly drink earthy tea, allowing the ceremonial drink to take us to the dimension of it's profound energy, and through the delicate sensory stimulation, we will try to explore it's ephemeral presence and a perception of ourselves. Brought to Japan by Buddhist monks, the process of preparing, brewing, and serving tea was developed and practiced to perfection. Just like martial arts, the repetition of the ritual is said to **bring mindfulness,** **harmony, and peace**. The tea ceremony is packed with the philosophy of Zen Buddhism. **About the Tea Ceremony** During the tea sessions we sit on the floor and drink exceptional oolong, pu-erh, white or green tea, slowly and mindfully, fully present to the smell, taste, touch, present to all we hear, all we see, feel and sense, and through this presence to the senses we stop the chatter of our busy minds, we stop thinking for a moment about the future or the past, we experience and live the actual moment, we observe and notice the beauty in the simplest things around us, fully satisfying ourselves through just being in the space in stillness, present to 'here' and 'now’. Join us on **Saturday 25 April, from 11 am till 4 pm,** for a joyful celebration of **International Mother Earth Day** in **Compton Terrace Gardens**, in front of Union Chapel. Discover the trees, plants, animals and insects that share our space, and learn about their usefulness, symbolism and medicinal properties. Enjoy homemade cakes, tea and coffee while supporting the wonderful work of the gardening team. With games and activities for children, this is a relaxed, family-friendly event connecting with nature and community.

We'll start our walk in Petersfield and head north to follow part of the 34 km (21 mile) Hangers Way - a long distance path less travelled within an area of outstanding natural beauty. The countryside around here is unspoilt and forlorn, and we'll meet only a few locals out for a walk with their dogs. In our first hour, we will be rewarded with fantastic views from Shoulder of Mutton Hill as we continue through forested slopes and over open fields towards Liss and then onto Liphook via a nice lunchtime pub stop (for drinks only). After Liss, we will walk down Shipwrights Way to Longmore and Weavers Down, an army managed access land which is eerily remote and wild with a range of different flora, shrubs and trees. We will then walk on the Sussex Border Path and continue to Liphook, where we will reward ourselves with a pub stop. In today’s fast-paced world, many of us carry tension, anxiety, and emotional blocks that impact our well-being. This interactive session will guide you through practical techniques you can use anytime to create a sense of peace and clarity.

5th annual Earth Day Celebration! This year (2026) the Celebration is scheduled for April 25th with activities running from 10am-2pm. This is a non-ticketed event. Everyone is welcome! We will have food trucks, Birds of Prey, kids crafts, live music, raspberry plants, apple trees, and of course NATIVE PLANTS! Main Library, Meeting Room 2B Join us for a welcoming evening of reflection, gentle music, and meaningful conversation. We’ll begin with a short grounding moment, followed by a brief reading from spiritual or philosophical traditions, and an open reflection circle where participants can share (or simply listen). Libera Animae is an interfaith community focused on inner growth, creativity, and authentic connection. All backgrounds are welcome.

Bring your Raspberry Pi, Arduino, microcontroller, or any other electronic project and join fellow electronics makers for a night of creativity and collaboration! This session is open forum to share your current projects—whether complete or in progress, it’s all interesting! Whether you’re deep into embedded systems, exploring new ideas, or just getting started, you’ll find a welcoming space to collaborate, share, and get inspired. **New to electronics or curious about tinkering?** You’re absolutely welcome. If you’re a beginner and want to experiment, I’ll have a couple of starter kits available so you can try things out—whether that’s blinking your first LED, putting something on a display, or experimenting with simple sensors. No pressure and no experience required—just an interest in learning and building. While we continue to pursue a more permanent venue for this Meetup, we’ll be using public library facilities based on availability. This session will be at the Worthington Park Library in the Olentangy Meeting Room.
