Easy-paced **social 5K run** followed by a post-run sauna session at the **Chili Pod Sauna in Ringsend**. The focus is conversational pace, relaxed vibes, and meeting new people while doing something active. This is a social meetup, not a competitive running session, so thereโ€™s no pressure on pace. ๐Ÿ“ Meeting Point Chili Pod Sauna, Ringsend ๐Ÿ•ก Schedule 6:15pm โ€“ Meet at Chili Pod Sauna 6:25pm โ€“ Run starts sharp 7:00pm โ€“ Post-run sauna session 7:45pm โ€“ Finish ๐Ÿƒ Run Details Approx. 5K Conversational/social pace All levels welcome ๐Ÿง– Sauna Payment will be taken in advance in order to book the slots. โ‚ฌ15pp will be collected via Revolut. If joining the sauna afterwards, bring whatever you need: towel, swimwear, water, etc. We should be able to leave bags at the sauna during the run, but Iโ€™ll confirm this in advance. What to bring: โ€ข Running gear โ€ข Water if needed โ€ข Sauna gear if joining the sauna This is an early Dublin Heat Runners meetup, so itโ€™s a great chance to come along, meet people from the start, and help shape the group as it grows.

We will start the session with some light stretching exercises to warm us up, and help to prepare us for the run. The pace of the run will be steady, depending on who is running with us on the day. Days when we have a large group we may break into multiple groups, each operating independently at their own pace. Saturdays are good for intermediate runners, and is usually a 10km run, again at a steady pace. If you're looking to get into running, come along on Tuesday or Thursday mornings and I will coach you, at your pace, to get you up to running (jogging) to 5km without stops. The only thing I will ask, if you're a beginner, is that you're able to walk for approx 30 minutes at a relaxed pace. PLEASE NOTE: That, if you RSVP a particular event, then please ensure that you attend, as there may be other members relying on you for company on the run. IMPORTANT NOTE: Any run or activity that you participate in with the group will be at your own risk. Usually we have a post run (after our cool down) coffee in the Dash container at the Hole in the Wall pub.

Think push-ups, squats, and core work scaled to your level. **No gym experience needed**, just a willingness to move and chat! Get stronger every week and build a habit! The session will consist of a full 360 routine of: **5 minute warm up:** including exercises like butt kicks and shoulder rotations. **35/45 minute strength building + endurance**: to build muscle and endurance. Short North Street Skates return Saturday, April 4 and weโ€™re excited to get back rolling together. These weekly rollouts are a chance to move through the city as a group, build community, and create more visibility for skating and small-wheeled movement in Columbus. Details: Meet: 1160 N High St 9:30 AM meet 10:00 AM rollout All wheels welcome Weโ€™ll be skating through the Short North and surrounding areas at a steady, social pace. Routes will use a mix of streets and bike lanes, so comfort navigating the city is helpful, but you donโ€™t need to be an expert. If youโ€™ve been meaning to come out, this is a great place to start. Come solo or bring a friend!
