We gather every Wednesday at 10AM to read a short text or poem, listen to a guided meditation related to the theme, and share our own responses. Then we spend time drawing and painting together in light of these reflections. All are welcome—no prior experience with art is necessary! You're also totally welcome to bring whatever creative activity helps *you* unwind — think **sketchpads, mini canvases and paint, journals, clay sculpting, wire bending, model building kits, and collage supplies**.
