Let's get together for a cooling swim on Bank holiday Monday. We'll meet at the low stone wall near the lifeguards shed/hut. None of us is a lifeguard so everyone is responsible for their own safety. Some of us will go to a local cafe afterwards for coffee/lunch/chats. Looking forward to seeing some of you there.

Join us to **practise and improve your target language with native speakers on Monday in River Bar**(1 Burgh Quay, Dublin 2) from **6.30pm to 8.30pm**. **Our system:** **• You sit opposite a native speaker of the language you're learning** **• You speak 5mins English, 5mins other language, then change table** This ensures everyone gets an equal opportunity to practise the language they're learning. Distance is **18–25 miles**, depending on where we turn around and whether we add a side loop. Pace is around **12 mph**, but this is a fun, no‑drop ride — we can slow down as needed.
