Self Confidence is something most people would like to have more of, but aren't sure how to get.

Self Confidence is self-determinism. One's belief in one's ability to determine his own course. As long as one has that, he's go the universe in his pocket. - L. Ron Hubbard.
This day you are able to Learn a few things about:
• The true source of security in life.
• How self-confidence, self respect and self trust interrelate, and what you can do to rehabilitate them.
• The exact steps to become more competent in whatever you do.

Inclusive Grief Circle: Honouring Loss Through Ceremony, Community & Creativity
Read reviews from past participants [here](https://www.greenhousecreativesanctuary.com/inclusivegrief)
“Grief has never been private, it has always been communal.
Subconsciously, we are awaiting the presence of others, before we can feel safe enough to drop to our knees on the holy ground of sorrow. For the most part, grief is not a problem to be solved, not a condition to be medicated, but a deep encounter with an essential experience of being human. Grief becomes problematic when the conditions needed to help us work with grief are absent.” - Francis Weller
Our primary association with grief is the loss of a loved one but there are so many kinds of losses that don't have formal ceremonies that are important to honour. Unprocessed grief can accumulate in weight, dulling our senses and capacity for aliveness.
This is a safe, supportive space for all shapes, sizes and textures of grief- for the loss of our loved ones, for the childhood we did not get to have, for the parts of ourselves that have been rejected and exiled, for friendships and relationships with ambiguous endings, for homes and communities we are distanced from and miss, for the suffering of the world and our fellow beings.
This inclusive grief circle is also an advocacy for compassionate and attentive grief work, for reshaping our understanding of and relationship with grief. It is a holding space, a container, a time and a deep permission to acknowledge our emotions, our connections, the ways we have been touched and transformed, and our humanity.
We will make art in response to the Artist Grief Deck, participate in a burning ritual, share and witness each other’s stories and journeys, and co-create a group nature mandala together.
**Please bring a jar and 8-10 similar natural objects (8 flowers or 8 sticks or 8 stones).**
If you are facing financial hardship, please key in CONCESSION as a promo code for a discounted price of $25. If that is still difficult, please email me at greenhouse.arttherapy@gmail.com. No one will be turned away.
**Please also note:**
* This is an art-therapy informed community-based creative gathering, and is not intended to replace individual or group therapy, and is also not for emergency crisis support or intervention.
* If you are comfortable with me taking photos of you and/or your artwork for my learning and supervision purposes, and to offer others a sense of what the workshop is like, please let me know at the start of the session. Your participation would be greatly appreciated!
* While the estimated time is 2 hours, it might overrun depending on the size of the group and the conversations we are having so please allow some grace for that.

The Inner Oracle; Cultivating your Intuition
We all possess intuition, the quiet inner knowing that guides us through life. Yet for many of us, this innate ability remains underdeveloped or overlooked. \*The Inner Oracle\* is an engaging and experiential presentation designed to help you reconnect with your intuitive wisdom in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Together, we will explore the concept of intuition, including an introduction to the various “clairs” or intuitive senses, such as clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, and claircognizance. Through guided meditation, participants will have the opportunity to quiet the mind, deepen self-awareness, and connect with their own intuitive insights. Interactive activities and practical exercises will provide a fun and encouraging space to practise trusting and strengthening your intuition.
This event is suitable for all experience levels—from the simply curious to those already working with intuitive practices. No prior knowledge is required, only an open mind and a willingness to explore.
**Jasmine Elizabeth King** is a Lecturer, Supervisor, and Clinic Lead at Torrens University, where she teaches naturopathy, western herbal medicine, and nutrition. Inspired by her passion for integrating intuition alongside evidence-based health science education, Jasmine developed this workshop to support students and practitioners. It quickly became clear that cultivating intuition is a skill that can benefit everyone, making this workshop accessible, practical, and enjoyable for all.

July 04 | Melbourne Singles Social (23-33) | KISMETRIX
💛 KISMETRIX \| True Connection

📅 Saturday, 4 July 2026
🕙 9:30 PM – 11:30 PM
🎟 Early Bird $15 \| Last Release $25
🥂 Includes a welcome drink on arrival
Melbourne Singles Social \| Ages 23–33
Let's be honest.
Meeting new people as an adult can be surprisingly hard.
Most people already have their own friendship groups. Dating apps can feel repetitive. And approaching someone at a bar isn't always easy when you have no idea if they're interested in meeting anyone.
That's why we created KISMETRIX.
A relaxed Saturday night where everyone is single, most people come solo, and everyone is there for the same reason — to meet new people, have a good time, and see where the conversation leads.
No speed dating.
No awkward icebreakers.
No pressure.
Just a fun night out with people who are genuinely open to meeting someone new.
Whether you're looking for dating, friendship, new connections, or simply a better way to spend your Saturday night, you'll be surrounded by others doing the same.
## What to Expect
🥂 Welcome drink included on arrival
🍸 Full bar available throughout the evening
🤝 Friendly hosts to help introductions happen naturally
💬 A room full of Melbourne singles aged 23–33
🎶 Great music and a social atmosphere where you can actually have a conversation
✨ A welcoming environment where showing up solo is completely normal
## Who Comes Along?
Young professionals, creatives, entrepreneurs, students, and everyday people from across Melbourne.
Some are looking for a relationship.
Some are newly single.
Some just want to meet new people and get off the apps for a night.
Most guests arrive on their own, which is exactly what makes these events work.
## Why People Love These Nights
Because everyone is open to meeting people.
You're not interrupting friendship groups.
You're not guessing who's single.
And you're not trying to make a dating app profile sound more interesting than it needs to be.
Just real people, real conversations, and a genuinely fun night out.
## Important Information
• This is a hosted singles social event, not a speed dating event
• A welcome drink is included with every ticket
• Additional drinks and food are available for purchase at the venue

#### BACK. UPGRADED. AND A WHOLE LOT OF FUN.
Never done trivia? Perfect. Neither has half the room.
This isn't about what you know. It's about who you end up laughing with by the end of the night.
The KISMETRIX Trivia Night is back — and this year we've stepped it up. We now have our own in-house host and an exclusive private room just for Kismetrix guests. Same great energy from last year, but more intimate, more personal, and a whole lot more fun.
No speed dating. No awkward mingling. No standing around with a drink wondering what to say. Just teams, trivia, a bit of friendly rivalry, and the kind of atmosphere where strangers become easy company.
#### 💫 ABOUT THE NIGHT
Tired of the same old bar scene? Not quite ready for a formal dinner event? This is the sweet spot.
KISMETRIX \| True Connection was created for people who want something more human — real conversation\, real presence\, and a genuine good time\. The Trivia Night is our most fun and relaxed format\, and it's exclusively for Kismetrix guests\.
You'll walk into a private room full of people who:
🎯 Are open, friendly and easy-going
🎯 Want a fun night out that feels natural — not forced
🎯 Prefer real-life connection over swiping
🎯 Are simply here to enjoy themselves and see where the night goes
Come for the trivia. Stay for the laughs. See who you meet along the way.
#### 🎯 WHAT TO EXPECT
You'll arrive to a private room — no general public, just Kismetrix guests. You'll be placed into a small team of around six, the questions will start, and within ten minutes you'll forget you didn't know anyone when you walked in.
Expect:
🎯 A welcome drink waiting when you arrive
🎯 A warm hosted welcome so nobody walks in feeling lost
🎯 Fun, accessible trivia rounds — no expertise required
🎯 Rotating teams through the night so you meet different people across different rounds
🎯 A mystery round (yes, really)
🎯 A prize worth playing for
🎯 Plenty of laughs, friendly arguing, and genuinely good company
Our in-house Kismetrix host keeps the energy warm and the night moving — so it always feels like a night out with good people, not a structured event.
#### 👥 AGE GUIDE
🎯 30-43 · 40–53 · 50+
Kismetrix Trivia Night is open to all singles who are here for a good time and genuine connection. We provide age groups so you know what to expect from the room. The focus is always on good energy and like-minded people — not strict age gates.
If you're slightly outside a range and the format feels right for you, you're welcome to book.
#### 🎯 WHO THIS NIGHT IS FOR
This event is for singles who:
🎯 Want a fun, social night out that's a little different
🎯 Are curious about Kismetrix but want a low-pressure way to start
🎯 Love trivia — or have never done it but like the sound of it
🎯 Want to meet new people without it feeling like a "singles event"
🎯 Are open, friendly, and ready for a genuinely good Thursday night
Come solo — most people do. You'll be in good company from the moment you walk in.
#### 🍽 FOOD & DRINKS
Your ticket includes one standard welcome drink on arrival.
Konar Bar has a great food and drinks menu available throughout the night, directly from the venue. Perfect if you'd like to make a full evening of it — and many of our guests do.
#### 🎟 TICKETS
🎯 Early Bird — $39
🎯 General — $49
🎯 Last Minute — $59
Welcome drink included at every tier. Spots are strictly limited to 7–8 tables to keep the night intimate and social — early booking is strongly recommended.
*Last year's event sold out. Don't sit on it.*
#### 💡 WHY PEOPLE LOVE KISMETRIX EVENTS
🎯 No swiping. No apps. Just real people in a real room
🎯 No awkward formats or forced interactions
🎯 A genuinely fun night — even if you come solo
🎯 Exclusively for Kismetrix guests — private room, warm atmosphere
🎯 Hosted by people who actually care about how the night feels
Many guests come "just to try it" — and end up staying all night.
#### ✨ WHERE THE TRIVIA NIGHT FITS
The KISMETRIX Trivia Night sits alongside our Drinks Socials, Elevated Dinners, and Activity Nights as one of our most fun and accessible formats. If you've been curious about Kismetrix, this is one of the easiest and most enjoyable ways to experience what we do.
#### 🔔 IMPORTANT NOTES
🎯 This is a hosted social experience — not speed dating
🎯 A welcome drink is included; additional drinks and food are available at the venue
🎯 Gender balance is carefully aimed for but not always guaranteed
🎯 Respect, boundaries, and good energy are essential at all Kismetrix events
🎯 Tickets are non-refundable but transferable

Mandala Symbolism: Personal Mandala Drawing Sessions
‘*Mandalas have been used as an aid to contemplation and meditation by various cultures all over the world for over five thousand years. The word ‘mandala’ comes from the Sanskrit word for ‘sacred or magic circle’ and represents symbolic drawing inside a circle.’* Georgina Fode
Join Art Therapist and Theosophist Nina Mazurek on the first Thursday of each month for an hour of hands-on mandala work - a Melbourne Theosophical tradition first established by Georgina Fode.
Within a safely held and respectful space, each attendee will be guided to create an oil crayon mandala at their own pace, in response to a chosen topic and preceded by a ‘remember who you are’ meditation. Each class will be a nurturing opportunity to explore our inner yearnings for wholeness and containment, that may help to propel self-healing and enable further understanding of the self.
Drawing ability is not necessary. People with all levels of drawing skills, including those who think they can not draw at all, will benefit and progress through this work, producing mandalas with deep personal meaning; reflections of their inner journeys’ progress. Accept your mandala with love – as a gift from your unconscious.

Be prepared for an entirely different type of sci-fi movie!
Unofficially, the second movie in director Lars von Trier's "Depression Trilogy," 2011 Melancholia depicts the events that occur before a rogue planet is about to collide with the earth. Considered by many to be a masterpiece, the film was included in BFI's 2022 Sight and Sound Poll of the greatest movies of all time.
It is available at the library as well as on Kanopy.

COLUMBUS SPIRITUALITY MEETUP
We are excited to host Guided Meditations on Sundays at 6 pm in our Ashram/Gallery/Home! !! !!
Everyone wants to know what kind of God we worship and what kind of meditation we do. We worship the GOD that LOVES US! We understand that god is an energy and it lives in us as us. Our meditations guide others to actually experience that energy! xoxo We don't just talk about peace, love and affection, we experience it :)
Also we are a home not a business, so we enjoy building community one friend at a time. We always build in time for people to mingle & develop friendships! xoxo Much Love, Frank Tennyson
