There are no rules, no pressure — **just bring your own materials**, draw whatever you feel like, and enjoy the company of fellow creatives. Every session, we propose a theme to spark your inspiration. Ever want to try ceramics or build on your skills? Then this would be the perfect opportunity. The main technique used during the session is hand-building giving you the option to make so many different things for yourself, friends or family - bowls, plates, sushi dishes, plants pots and much more. Beginners will be guided through the process of making things using techniques such as slab building, coiling, pinching, texturing, under-glazing and glazing. The more advanced will be free to create and those with experience throwing would be welcome to use my wheel (to be reserved in advance). Those of you who would like to learn about glazing would need to book 2 workshops. The workshops are run in English but I do speak Catalan and Spanish. 🌿 **Vuelven las jornadas de huerto** 🌿 Durante los **meses de invierno**, nuestras jornadas de huerto pasan a realizarse **los sábados**, adaptándonos a la luz y al ritmo de la temporada. A lo largo de la jornada llevaremos a cabo **tareas de mantenimiento del huerto, bricolaje y preparación de semilleros**, aprendiendo y cuidando el espacio de forma colectiva. Al finalizar, y **si el tiempo lo permite**, compartiremos algo para comer o beber y disfrutar juntas de un cierre tranquilo y agradable. Para poder **organizar bien las tareas**, es **necesaria confirmación previa de asistencia**.

Broad St., Columbus 43215** WHAT IS CONTRA DANCING? Picture the Grand Ball scenes like you’ve seen in period films such as “Pride and Prejudice”, where the dancers are lined up in long lines, across from each other. That’s English Country Dancing, the predecessor of contra dancing. Now, add moves like “swing your partner” and “do-si-do,” like you’ve seen in square dancing. Set it to fabulous, high energy, live music with fiddles, guitars, percussion and more, alá “Riverdance.” Finally, set the whole scene down in the middle of Woodstock, with a hip, groovy atmosphere, a bit of tie-dye, and hints of counter-culture attitude. THAT’s Contra Dancing! Wear cool and comfortable clothes (you will get warm) and clean shoes that won't mark up our nice wood floor. Be sure to come for the beginner's lesson from 7:30 - 8:00, followed by dancing 8:00 - 10:30. All dances are taught; we will help you learn! Beginners always welcome, no need to bring a partner.
