ALL YOU CAN CREATE
ALL YOU CAN CREATE
**ALL YOU CAN CREATE** is the perfect offer for anyone who wants to be creative without committing to just one technique. Inspired by the "All You Can Eat" principle, you can try out and combine different creative workshops all day long, setting your own pace. Whether painting, crafting, embroidering, or decorating – at **All You Can Create,** your creativity takes center stage. In a relaxed and open atmosphere, you have the opportunity to choose from a variety of **creative techniques** and realize your own projects. This program is suitable for both beginners and experienced creative individuals. You don't need to be perfect at anything – the only important thing is that you enjoy creating something. ### What can you do at All You Can Create? **Decoding** involves decorating everyday objects like picture frames, cases, mirrors, jewelry boxes, etc., with a creamy paste and playful details. This technique is particularly popular because it delivers quick, visible results and leaves plenty of room for imagination. **Coloring** allows you to relax and fully concentrate on colors and shapes. Whether using templates or freehand designs, coloring helps you unwind and is ideal for creative breaks between other projects **.** When **designing jewelry,** you create your own accessories. Whether bracelets, necklaces, or earrings – here you can combine colors, shapes, and materials to create something personal. **Punch needle** offers a relaxing textile technique where you create textured patterns and small works of art using yarn and a needle. This technique is easy to learn and ideal for beginners. We also **offer nail services** . For hygiene reasons, we ask that you bring your **own nail file and nail polish** . ### A rule like at an all-you-can-eat event. Just like with "All You Can Eat," there's only **one important rule at All You Can Create** : **You must complete your project.** If a project appears incomplete, an **additional fee of 10 CHF** will be charged. This rule helps ensure that the creative space is used fairly for everyone and motivates participants to consciously complete their projects. ### When does All You Can Create take place? **Between 13:00 and 17:00** ### Who is All You Can Create for? **For everyone!** Children, teenagers, and adults are all welcome. All You Can Create is ideal for anyone who wants to unwind, be creative, try new things, and create something without pressure. Whether alone, with friends, or as a creative break – here you'll find space for ideas and inspiration.

Mäng - transformational game
Mäng - transformational game
Join us for a live (private) session of **Mäng (offline in Zürich or online worldwide)**, a powerful self-exploration game that helps uncover hidden mental scripts and rewire the way you think, feel and act. Mäng is a modernized version of an ancient contemplative practice — reimagined as a transformational tool based on psychological insight, symbolic logic, and inner strategy. It is not therapy or coaching in the traditional sense. Instead, it’s an immersive deep-dive into the unconscious mind through metaphor and archetype with a game spirit. 💡 **How it works:** Mäng is built on four stages of real, lasting change: 1. **Discovery** – Identify limiting beliefs and internal programs 2. **Uninstallation** – Let go of outdated patterns 3. **Design** – Create new mental strategies 4. **Integration** – Embed them into your deeper awareness You’ll be guided through this process by the **Master of Mäng**, who offers structure, questions, and insight — while you remain the one making all decisions and discoveries. 🌿 **Who is this for?** * People feeling stuck or unsure of their next steps * Those tired of repeating the same emotional patterns and looking for inspiration and clarity * Anyone curious about deeper transformation without spending years on it 🧭 No prior experience needed — just bring your question or theme. 🕒 **Important:** This is a deep game. A full session lasts **4 hours**. Time slots are defined individually. Contact me directly to get an appointment. Price for newbies: 250 CHF

Grief Circle — Remembering Love, From Darkness to Light
**A sacred space to honor sorrow, release pain, and remember love** At Yanantin Tribe, we open grief circles where heart, body, and spirit can meet. Inspired by ancestral traditions, we gather in community to carry what was never meant to be held alone. Here, darkness and light are both welcome — grief is not fixed or rushed, but witnessed with care. **Tickets & Support** This grief circle is offered freely as a community space. If you wish to support the continuation of these circles, you can choose the Support Ticket — CHF 25 via Eventfrog. 🎟️ Tickets & details: [https://eventfrog.ch/en/p/health-spirituality/health-wellbeing/grief-circle-remembering-love-from-darkness-to-light-7417591177430489924.html](https://eventfrog.ch/en/p/health-spirituality/health-wellbeing/grief-circle-remembering-love-from-darkness-to-light-7417591177430489924.html) A grief ritual is a communal gathering where sorrow is given space and form. We welcome all expressions of grief: personal loss, heartbreak, ancestral wounds, collective pain, or a quiet heaviness without a clear name. Speak Easy (Storytelling)
Speak Easy (Storytelling)
The topic for March is "Our Bodies, Ourselves" Speak Easy: true stories, told live. The idea is simple: an audience, an open microphone, and great stories. Hilarious, gripping, poignant- it's up to you. Audiences are invited to come to listen or come to tell as folks from all corners of Columbus offer their stories live on stage! Held at Wild Goose Creative's warm, intimate space, this night of tales occurs on the 3rd Thursday of every month. Doors open at 6:30 pm, show starts at 7:00 pm. Please arrive early if you want to tell, as we generally only have room for a limited number of tellers, and the sign-up sheet has a tendency to fill up fast. Formed around the idea that people need stories--they're what hold and draw us together--SpeakEasy celebrates the strangeness and commonness of being human. And in a world of smartphones, Facebook, Twitter, and more . . . it gives people a real, breathing, in-person way to connect. The night is geared for true stories of all kinds, taking the best tales told around kitchen tables, in darkened pubs, on the street corner, and at late-night parties and giving them an audience. Speak Easy is also a great outlet for performers, writers, and artists looking to share their favorite stories and perfect their skills. We strongly encourage tellers to please tell the story rather than read it so we keep within the spirit of good storytelling and stay engaged with the audience. All are welcome. Hang around after the show for a drink and build community!

Contra dance with Big Scioty on March 7 - First Congregational Church
Contra dance with Big Scioty on March 7 - First Congregational Church
**Caller: Frank Buschelmann** **Band: The Rosenthorns** **Big Scioty Contra Dance** **temporarily returning to our long ago location for Jan-March - First Congregational Church, 444 E. Broad St., Columbus 43215** WHAT IS CONTRA DANCING? Picture the Grand Ball scenes like you’ve seen in period films such as “Pride and Prejudice”, where the dancers are lined up in long lines, across from each other. That’s English Country Dancing, the predecessor of contra dancing. Now, add moves like “swing your partner” and “do-si-do,” like you’ve seen in square dancing. Set it to fabulous, high energy, live music with fiddles, guitars, percussion and more, alá “Riverdance.” Finally, set the whole scene down in the middle of Woodstock, with a hip, groovy atmosphere, a bit of tie-dye, and hints of counter-culture attitude. THAT’s Contra Dancing! Wear cool and comfortable clothes (you will get warm) and clean shoes that won't mark up our nice wood floor. Be sure to come for the beginner's lesson from 7:30 - 8:00, followed by dancing 8:00 - 10:30. All dances are taught; we will help you learn! Beginners always welcome, no need to bring a partner. Cost is $10.00 adults, $5.00 ages 12-26. Under 12 free. Free parking in church lot. For more information contact me or check out our website: [www.bigscioty.com](http://www.bigscioty.com/) Please bring your own refillable water bottle. Snacks to share are always welcome!
